The second season of Power Book II: Ghost has delivered a lot of big moments and left fans with plenty of questions. The drama series returned to Starz in November and finds Tariq St. Patrick trying to prevent police from discovering his and Cane Tejada’s involvement in Jabari Reynolds’ death. But there’s an evidence trail working against him.

Zeke has been lied to his entire life
Zeke was introduced in the first season of Power Book II: Ghost as Tariq’s roommate and a top player on the basketball team. He mentioned in conversation that he grew up in the south before returning to New York in high school, where he lived with his Aunt Monet and cousins Cane, Dru, and Diana.
Show creator Courtney Kemp said on Instagram Live that she hoped to introduce the woman who raised Zeke in Power Book II: Ghost Season 3. But she’s unsure whether that will happen now that she’s moving on to work with Netflix. Either way, it seems it’s only a matter of time until the truth comes out and everything blows up in Monet’s face.

Since the reveal of Zeke’s parents, viewers have wondered what would happen if he ever found out. Writing on Reddit, one fan posted a collage of photos of him with different faces and asked viewers to guess which expression they think he’ll have when he learns the truth. The pictures show Zeke going through different emotions, from sadness to anger, to confusion and pure disorientation.
Reacting in the comments, one user selected a photo of Zeke looking bewildered and mused he’d “say something stupid like ‘you can’t be my momma bc you’re my auntie!'”
