He loves cheese, avocados, and The Strokes. This Queer Eye food and wine expert often shares his love for dogs, especially corgis and rescue dogs.Ā

When it was announced that Joe Biden would be the next President of the United States, Antoni Porowski and his dog took to the streets to celebrate, complete with sunglasses and a huge smile.Ā

Antoni Porowski is an unapologetic fan of corgisĀ

Sure, he loves all dogs, especially the Queer Eye mascot Bruley. The food and wine expert of this series, however, has a sweet spot for corgis. For one Philadelphia-based episode, a local hero hosted a dog show complete with costumes and plenty of adorable puppies.Ā

When a group of corgis strutted to the stage, Porowski had trouble being an impartial judge. He ran up to the dogs after to show to give them plenty of love.

When Tan France hung out with some British Royal Corgis for a Queer Eye promotional clip with Netflix, the fashion expert decided to video call Porowski. The food and wine expert was decidedly jealous, saying, ā€œsheā€™s just like a bunny rabbit, but itā€™s a dog.ā€

Antoni Porowski is fostering a dog from Austin

Aside from his work with the Emmy Award-winning television series, Porowski has been fostering a dog during this pandemic. That would be the Austin Pets Alive rescue dog, named Neon.Ā

ā€œFeeling lucky to have this temporary Austinite @antoni fostering Neon to help us during this time! If youā€™d like to be fab & help as well please apply to foster a dog or cat,ā€ the shelter wrote on Instagram.

Since March, fans caught a glimpse at this dogā€™s life with Porowski. The two hung out in a boat together, listening to some Celine Dion, went to two dog parks in one day, and even snuck onto a no-dogs beach. When Joe Biden won the Presidential election, the two decided to celebrate together.Ā

The ā€˜Queer Eyeā€™ expert brought his foster dog out to celebrate President-Elect Joe Biden

After Joe Biden was announced the next President of the United States, a number of the Queer Eye cast members took to social media, sharing their excitement. Karamo Brown posted a video of himself crying. Jonathan Van Ness shared a video of himself dancing.Ā

For Porowski, this celebrity took to the streets with his dog. He posted a picture of his dog wearing sunglasses and smiling, captioning it, ā€œI swear Iā€™m not choking her she just wanted to look like Biden.ā€

This wouldnā€™t be the first time Porowski shared his support for the Biden platform. Prior to his election, the cast members from this Netflix series teamed up with Jill Biden for a grassroots campaign, titled ā€œCommunity of Pride,ā€ along with actor Billy Porter.Ā

Even recent episodes of Queer Eye held a political undertone, taking place in the ā€œCity of Brotherly Love,ā€ Philadelphia. There, they made over a climate change activist and even a pastor in the LGBTQ community.
