Reports Surface That Tory Lanez Has Been Deported Back to Canada Following Megan Thee Stallion Shooting
Fans are waiting to hear from Tory Lanez about the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion. Stallion hasn’t revealed who shot her but sources close to the situation say Lanez is the culprit. New reports allege that Lanez is back in Canada for good after deportation over the shooting.
Tory Lanez allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion shooting
Lanez and Stallion partied at Kylie Jenner’s Calabasas mansion. Hours later, reports reveal that Stallion underwent surgery to remove bullets from both feet. Stallion says she was shot intentionally.
Conflicting reports about what led to the shooting continue to surface. Many believe that Stallion and Lanez were dating for several months and that Stallion tried ending the relationship with Lanez on the night of the shooting.
Adam22 revealed on his podcast that Lanez flirted with Jenner on the night in question, causing Stallion to become upset. Adam 22 alleges that a source tells him that Stallion became violent with Lanez on the ride home from Jenner’s house and the situation escalated quickly.
“I heard Meg was violating his a**. They got into a fight that was, like, bad. She was like really s**ttin’ on him….The altercation that they were in and, like, the level of violation that he maybe was feeling….obviously, not a reason for any violence to occur, never mind a gunshot,” he says.
Tory Lanez reportedly deported over Megan Thee Stallion
Lanez has been silent about the incident as Stallion and close associates speak out. Stallion says she’s grateful to be alive and is taking the experience as a learning lesson.
The Jasmine Brand exclusively reports that Lanez is living in his hometown of Canada, citing deportation as a result of the shooting.
“Everything is being kept top secret right now, but he was deported after his arrest,” the source says.
This isn’t the first time Lanez has been in legal trouble. In 2016, Lanez reportedly instigated a riot while performing on stage in Texas.
Questions linger over the future of Tory Lanez’s career
Fans are now questioning the future of Lanez’s career. According to Hip-Hop Vibe, Lanez was in danger of being let go by FYI Media Group. He’s been on the company’s roster for some time.
The report reveals that Tammy Brook, who runs FYI, believes that keeping Lanez on the roster is hypocritical after he allegedly shot a Black woman.
A new report denies such claims. An official statement sent by FYI to Hip-Hop Vibe reads:
“It’s been brought to our attention that a group of individuals are impersonating members of our company and have been sending out emails on behalf of FYI Brand Group using domains www.fyibrandmedia.com and www.fyimedia.com in an attempt to spread false news.”
Lanez is still remaining quiet on all matters related to the incident with Stallion.
