Erika Jayne continues to share her side of the story on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion. She’s also made it clear that she’s paying attention to who’s with her and who’s against her amid her divorce and legal drama, and she’s “keeping score.” But one former RHOBH star is asking — What can Erika really do?

Erika Jayne says she won’t forget who supported her

During part three of the season 11 RHOBH reunion, the XXPEN$IVE singer continued answering Andy Cohen’s questions about her alleged involvement in her ex-husband’s legal and financial drama.

As fans know, Erika’s husband of more than 20 years — Tom Girardi — has been accused of embezzling money from his law firm Girardi Keese. Which, in turn, deprived the family members of plane crash victims millions of dollars of settlement money they were owed.

Erika has vehemently denied she had any knowledge of Tom’s misdeeds. And she told Cohen that she won’t forget who has supported her throughout this ordeal.

The ‘RHOBH’ star won’t reveal the score

When Cohen asked Erika to give specific names of the people who had her back during this court battle, she said “I don’t know, you should ask them.”

“Well, but you said, ‘When this is all over, I’m going to remember who was for me and who was against me,’” Cohen tells her.

Erika immediately snaps back, “Yes, I’m keeping score.” When Cohen asked what the score was, she told the Bravo boss that she is keeping those details to herself. Erika also insisted that even though accusations are coming her way, all of this is Girardi’s fault.

“Whatever Tom Girardi did or did not do, that’s on him,” the reality star said. “But I know that a lot of his decision-making is being pointed this way now.”

One of Erika Jayne’s former ‘RHOBH’ co-stars wonders what she can really do

While watching the RHOBH season 11 reunion play out during recent weeks, former star Camille Grammer has been live-tweeting her thoughts. When Erika started talking about keeping score, Camilla asked what she could really do to those who haven’t supported her.

“And what can Erika really do to these ladies?” Camille tweeted. “With all of her threats, what can she do? Does she have ties to the mafia? #intimidation  #RHOBH #reunion.”

What happened to the $20 million?

The big question when it comes to Erika’s involvement in her husband’s scandal revolves around millions of dollars that are missing. Girardi’s law firm gave Erika approximately $20 million in loans over the years. But those millions reportedly belonged to plane crash victims.

Erika has been sued for that $25 million by the trustee handling the Girardi Keese bankruptcy case. She denies the trustee’s claims and says she won’t let this case destroy her life.

“Erika has multiple financial accounts and the Debtor’s [Girardi] books show Erika owes large receivables to the Debtor,” the trustee claims according to Entertainment Tonight.

“His [Tom Girardi’s] life is over. He’s in his 80s. He’s in a memory care facility. His career is over and done. I just turned 50, I cannot allow all of this to destroy me and take me to a place that I cannot recover. I have to survive this,” Erika responded.

Some Housewives knew of Erika Jayne’s money troubles years ago

Erika claims she had no idea he was using his law firm’s money to fund the lifestyle she was flaunting on RHOBH. But Grammer says she heard about the Erika Jayne money rumors at Cohen’s baby shower back in January 2019. And former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel says her late friend Dennis Shields warned her about Tom and Erika years ago.

“The more that they flaunt it and the more that they brag about it, usually there’s something wrong,” Bethenny explained on her Just B With Bethenny Frankel podcast. “Dennis said to me, ‘[Tom] doesn’t have it like that. He owes me money. He owes me half a million dollars. I know this other guy he owes a million and a half dollars. He doesn’t have money. He owes everybody money.’”

“And I go, ‘What are you talking about? How is she flying around on [private planes]?’ And he said, ‘It’s because he’s using people’s money to support her lifestyle. He’s using the company’s money to support her lifestyle.’” Dennis said this. … I said, ‘Why would he do that?’ He goes, ‘He can’t say no to [Erika].’”
