Lisa Rinna opens up to her fans about her feelings

Death is never an easy topic to talk about and Rinna opened up to her fans about all the emotions running through her. The RHOBH star got sentimental talking about her mom Lois after revealing she had suffered a stroke. Rinna mentioned that her mother was “transitioning” and talked to her fans directly about why it’s hard to talk about letting go of loved ones.

“Nobody tells you how to do this. There’s not a handbook, there’s never a way to be ready to let go and when you need to watch it,” Rinna said on her Instagram Stories. “I mean, we’re blessed to be here and to be with her. We’re just not taught that death is OK. It’s never talked about and we’re never told that it’s OK to let go.”

Rinna said when you let go of beloved people you get thrown into a “crash course all of a sudden when one of your loved ones is in this position, especially your mom or your dad.”

“I have such empathy for everyone who’s gone through this,” she added.
