Heather Dubrow will return to The Real Housewives of Orange County when the show returns for season 16. Bravo had been hinting at a cast shakeup and have made good with their promise by bringing back a blast from the past. However, there’s been a lot of chatter on social media from fans wanting to see Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge return too. With Dubrow back on the cast, the reality TV star is talking about the idea of reuniting with her former co-stars.

Does Heather Dubrow want Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow back?

As RHOC Season 16 films with Dubrow returning after a four-season absence, fans have been pondering on the idea of having other former housewives return. The names that have been most consistent are Gunvalson and Judge as they are two of the most iconic housewives from the Orange County franchise. When Dubrow made an appearance on Daily Pop, she was asked by the hosts if she would make a reunion happen and she broke her silence on the topic.

“I think it would be really fun to bring back what largely a lot of people consider the golden years of [RHOC],” Dubrow said. “And so I think what the audience wants is the fun. I mean, drama always happens but back in the day, it was drama like she broke the bow off my cake or something silly, you know.”

Dubrow says having light drama is something that fans “can mock and make fun of” without having it be so dark. The That’s Life alum says that they can still “explore the dynamics of relationships and everything in a fun way, while still having great fashion and going on beautiful trips.” Dubrow also mentioned that fans would finally get to see her home after it was completed and heavily featured during her time on the show years ago.

Vicki Gunvalson said she had been talking to Andy Cohen

There’s no denying that one of the biggest stars that came out of RHOC is Gunvalson, who is the longest-running housewife on the franchise. Gunvalson was the face of the Bravo series for 14 seasons and has said she still misses being on the show. The insurance maven recently revealed that she thought she was going to be given an opportunity to return in season 16 as she had been in close communication with Andy Cohen — producer on the show.

“I had been talking to Andy [Cohen], I really thought it was gonna happen,” Gunvalson said on Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap.

Gunvalson was, obviously, not asked back but she is keeping a positive outlook on the idea of possibly participating later on.

“I mean you never know, midway through the season they might need us to save the day, but as of right now, no. We have no contract. There’s nothing going on,” she added.
