The Real Housewives of Potomac original cast member Karen Huger posted a vague tweet about haters shortly before season 7 is set to begin filming. Before RHOP Season 6, Huger pulled a similar move by subtweeting Gizelle Bryant.

Karen Huger tweeted a cryptic message prior to ‘RHOP’ Season 7

A few weeks before The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 7 is set to film, original cast member Karen “The Grande Dame” Huger tweeted an obscure message to those who doubt her.

She tweeted, “You know you’re winning when your haters are so thirsty that they are sweating bullets trying to get your attention or a response from you, so their claim to fame is that they had a conversation with you.”

The reality star closed by encouraging her followers not to “waste your shine on them,” adding, “stay focused.”

Many assume her tweet is geared toward seasons-long rival and longtime friend Gizelle Bryant.

She previously had drama with Gizelle Bryant and Wendy Osefo

Throughout her time on the reality series, Karen Huger has had drama with a few RHOP cast members, namely Bryant. The two have known each other for the longest and frequently exchange low blows.

For example, Bryant notably made fun of the Hugers’ tax situation in earlier seasons. Meanwhile, Huger hasn’t held her tongue regarding her co-star’s failed rekindled romance with her ex-husband, Jamal.

She also butted heads with newcomer Wendy Osefo when she questioned her doctorates and poked fun at her walk.

Additionally, Huger had a good friendship with Candiace Dillard and former Housewife Monique Samuels. However, Huger felt that she had to choose when the two had a falling out. Her refusal to pick a side upset Dillard, temporarily straining their relationship.

Ashley Darby confirms return for ‘RHOP’ Season 7, Candiace Dillard is rumored as not returning

In a February 2022 message to spoiler account Bravo and Cocktails, an anonymous source claimed “a problematic east coast Housewife” might not return for season 7.

The insider said the producers believe she isn’t painting the franchise in the best light. They went on to report higher-ups felt “pressure” from viewers who have stated they want her fired. Some fans don’t think she will take accountability for actions, likely leading to more “unnecessary trouble.”

Dillard quickly denied the rumors, tweeting, “you all really want me to be that girl, don’t you?” She went into more detail on her Instagram page, insisting she’s not “that girl” that viewers “keep trying to make me.” However, she teased a possible exit a couple of weeks later. Dillard tweeted, “Well. When one door closes, another door opens.”

On the same day that Huger posted her cryptic tweet, OG RHOP Housewife Ashley Darby spoke with Good Day DC. Darby confirmed her return for the seventh season. She also revealed that filming for the new season will begin soon. However, the pageant beauty admitted she wasn’t sure if Dillard would return, noting, “Those are things we find out in real-time.” The Real Housewives of Potomac airs on Bravo.
