Meredith Marks hints at quitting ‘RHOSLC’ in a tweet

A day after the Jan. 23, 2022 episode of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City aired, executive producer Andy Cohen asked his followers what they wanted Meredith Marks to answer when she appeared on his talk show, Watch What Happens Live.

A Twitter user responded, wondering why the Housewife continued to appear on the show as it “seems like you hate it.”

The jewelry designer sarcastically commended the follower for posing a “good question” and claimed, “I should quit since most of the women enjoy spreading lies about me and my family.” She ended with, “not a problem.”

Marks response came a few weeks after co-star and seemingly her closest friend in the group, Mary Cosby, skipped the reunion, effectively quitting the show. It’s unclear how serious she is about leaving the franchise. Still, the Housewife got very upset in the Jan. 23 episode when she believed the others brought her family into their drama.

Lisa Barlow told Marks the women questioned her attending her father’s memorial

The ladies, minus Cosby and Marks, gathered in a familiar Sprinter van for a Mother’s Day trip to Zion. On the bus, they discussed why the Housewives didn’t join them on this ride or the previous one to Vail.

They wondered if Marks lied about not traveling with them due to her father’s memorial during the discussion. The conversation surrounding the celebrity designer’s involvement with Jen Shah’s indictment turned to Barlow having to answer for her friend.

Because Barlow wanted to remain neutral, it nearly turned into a physical altercation. After arriving in Zion, they got into another blowout as Whitney Rose questioned Marks’ whereabouts.

Then, Barlow told her friend about the discussion surrounding her father’s memorial, upsetting the Housewife. She began yelling at everyone in the house and demanded they not speak about her family. Barlow attempted to calm things down by clarifying the conversation, but it seemingly added more confusion.

Mary Cosby reportedly skipped the reunion and hasn’t filmed ‘RHOSLC’ Season 3

When the Housewives reconvened for the obligatory reunion, sources reported that Cosby refused to show up. In an initial explanation for her absence, the preacher insisted she felt it was “one-sided.”

Her co-stars, and Cohen, wanted her to show up and explain her side of the story. Speaking to Page Six, the executive producer admitted he assumed the polarizing Housewife would skip the reunion after a “long talk” on New Year’s Eve.

Sources have reported that Cosby neglected to show up because she didn’t want to answer the rumors surrounding her and her husband, Robert Sr. operating their church as a cult.

During an earlier episode, her former congregation member Cameron Williams warned Marks to “be careful” with Cosby. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Sundays on Bravo.
