Are Rob Kardashian and Adrienne Bailon Still Friends?
Though it’s been 11 years since they went their separate ways, fans are still fascinated with Adrienne Bailon and Rob Kardashian’s past relationship. The pair dated from 2007 to 2009 and many of the highs and lows of the relationship were highlighted in the first couple of seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
When the relationship ended, the pair went their separate ways. For a time Kardashian was engaged to his daughter’s mom, Blac Chyna. For her part, Bailon has been married to her husband, musician, Israel Houghton, since 2016.
Since there has been so many years since their relationship, fans have wondered if The Real talk show host and the menswear sock designer are friends.
Rob Kardashian and Adrienne Bailon broke up because of cheating
Kardashian and Bailon were hot and heavy for some time. However, their relationship eventually ended because Kardashian was not faithful. Kardashian admitted that he was unfaithful in a 2010 episode of KUWTK.
Bailon for her part seems to be over the ordeal. However, she did speak about how awful it can be to be cheated on. “I will say this, I think anyone who has been in a relationship where they’ve been cheated on or hurt, it affects you,” she said on The Real. “It affected me so much that I made it a conscious decision not to do that to the next person because when you experience the kind of hurt that being cheated on will make you question yourself.”
Many fans still wonder what might have happened between the pair if Kardashian had never cheated. “I loved Rob and Adrienne!!” one fan said on Reddit. “I always wonder how different Rob’s life could’ve been if they were still together.”
Adrienne Bailon is tired of being associated with the Kardashians
There is no lingering tension between Bailon and the KarJenners. After her breakup with Kardashian, Bailon was a bridesmaid in Khloé Kardashian’s wedding to Lamar Odom. Also, she and Kim Kardashian West connected on Instagram over North West’s love of The Cheetah Girls.
However, she doesn’t really relish on being constantly connected to them. In 2018, she told US Weekly,
I do think it’s funny, only because it really is the shortest relationship I’ve ever had. It’s reality TV, and I used to get so annoyed by that, but I don’t now. Now, I’m just like, ‘It is what it is.’ I was like, ‘Guys, but I’ve accomplished other things,’ and I think that even got misinterpreted as me saying at some point I wish I had never done the show. I don’t think it was that at all.
Rob Kardashian and Adrienne Bailon are no longer friends
Though there is no bad blood between the pair, it does not appear that Kardashian and Bailon have stayed in touch or reconnected in any way. Bailon continues to focus on her career and her family whole Kardashian seems to be in a good head space following his open struggles with his mental health.
Since Kardashian is slated tor return to KUWTK this year, we wonder if Bailon’s name will come up.
