Get ready for a new set of queens showing off their charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent. RuPaul’s Drag Race season 12 is set for its premiere on VH1 during February 2020. However, some fans are wondering if they’ll be able to binge-watch it on a streaming platform. Is RuPaul’s Drag Race on Hulu? Here’s what we know about this Emmy-award winning reality series and this subscription service.

Are already released seasons of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ available on the streaming platform, Hulu?

Before RuPaul’s Drag Race made the switch the VH1 from Logo, the series was available for streaming on Amazon Prime and with a Hulu subscription. According to Decider, the series recently reappeared on both services.

“Just a few months after Amazon’s Prime Video added Drag Race Seasons 1-5 to its streaming options, Hulu has outdone them by adding Seasons 1-6 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Seasons 1-2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars, and Seasons 1-5 of RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked,” Decider wrote.

This is the first major deal this World of Wonder production has with a streaming platform, aside from WOW Presents Plus, (though there are no seasons of Drag Race available for binge-watching on WOW Presents Plus in the United States.) While there are a few seasons of regular Drag Race, All-Stars, and Untucked available on Hulu, the upcoming season will premiere on VH1.

How can you watch ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ without a subscription to VH1?

It’s been a few years since RuPaul premiered the colorful and glittery reality competition series, RuPaul’s Drag Race. In it, drag performers strut their stuff, each looking to prove they’ve America’s Next Drag Superstar.

These episodes launched on a weekly basis, originally premiering on the television network, Logo. It then made the switch the VH1, earning a handful of Emmy-awards along the way. Since its premiere, RuPaul’s Drag Race branched off into a few spin-off seasons. That includes RuPaul’s Drag Race: All-Stars, RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked, and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.

Reportedly, Celebrity Drag Race is headed for its television debut, featuring some Drag Race alumni and public figures. However, the new season to premiere is season 12 of this reality series. This season will presumably launch exclusively on VH1, later making its debut on VH1.com, for some fans to stream by providing their cable login information.

The next season of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ premieres this February

This season features 13 new queens, each competing for $100,000, a crown, and the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.” However, this upcoming season of Drag Race will presumably head straight for its television network launch.

There’s no word regarding if, or when, this season will be available on Hulu. The streaming platform may release more information as the premiere date gets closer.  In the meantime, fans can watch episodes of this reality series on Hulu. As RuPaul’s would say, “it’s called binge-viewing, Henny!”
