‘Selling Sunset’: Christine Quinn Says Her Sex Drive ‘Has Absolutely Gone Up’ During Pregnancy

During season 3 of Selling Sunset, fans got to watch Christine Quinn have an extravagant wedding. Now she and her husband, tech entrepreneur Christian Richard, are expecting a child.

Quinn has also been open about her pregnancy experience, including the topic of sex. The reality star is talking about how much sex she is having.

Christine Quinn revealed her pregnancy in February 

Quinn shared the news of her pregnancy in February. She told People, via Hello!, “We are so grateful to be expecting our first child. I’m so ready for what this next chapter holds and cannot wait to be a mom!”

She also added that she “manifested” the pregnancy, saying, “I’m a firm believer in manifesting my dreams and ’til this day, have always done so. This beautiful pregnancy was manifested. We knew that we wanted to create a family in 2021 and I envisioned myself pregnant as I did my daily meditations.”

Christine Quinn initially wanted to hide her pregnancy

While Quinn is letting fans in on her pregnancy journey, this initially was not her plan. She shared with Entertainment Tonight that she actually wanted to hide it from the public.

“I was trying to Kylie Jenner myself,” Quinn said, referring to how Jenner did not reveal her pregnancy to daughter Stormi until after Stormi was born.

However, Quinn could not go through with this plan because her life situations are different than Jenner’s, and she didn’t think she could “get away with that.”

“Unfortunately my house isn’t big enough and I don’t have as much staff, and my life isn’t as cool as hers, so I wasn’t able to get away with that,” she said. “I started showing probably around five and a half months. I remember we were on vacation, and it was such a situation just to get a picture where I wasn’t showing. Then I was like, you know what? It’s time. Let’s do this. Let’s share this with the world.”

Quinn can’t hide her pregnancy anymore, but she and Richard are still keeping their baby’s gender a secret. In fact, Quinn has said that they would like to give their child a gender-neutral upbringing with a gender-neutral name and gender-neutral nursery.

Christine Quinn is open about her high sex drive during pregnancy 

Many pregnant women go through bodily changes during pregnancy, and Quinn is opening up about some of these changes in her life.

She shared with Us Weekly that, for example, her sex drive is quite high now as a mom-to-be. Quinn said, “I find that my sex drive has absolutely gone up. I started looking for things on Amazon, like pillows and things, that kind of elevate yourself. I have no shame in talking about sex at all.”

She also revealed that she has found “many different ways” to get her sexual needs met during pregnancy.
