‘Selling Sunset’ will show Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause’s relationship

Selling Sunset is finally back, and the new season shows Christine Quinn expecting her first child with her husband, Christian Richard. Emma Hernan is brought into The Oppenheim Group to help take over Quinn’s work while she recovers from giving birth. But they have a rough history together.

Mexican soap opera actor Vanessa Villela also joined the company to replace Davina Potratz. Most of the original cast still don’t get along with Quinn.

Oppenheim and Stause have revealed that they’re dating. But that’s not shown in season 4. He did give a statement about how their relationship became romantic.

Fans have to wait for next season to see the couple dating. But Oppenheim gave them a little taste of what’s to come by explaining how they became closer.

“I think I can speak for both of us in saying that we weren’t thinking about each other romantically [before],” he told Us Weekly. “Even [after we got together], I don’t think we were … taking it very seriously then either. So, it was definitely an interesting process.”

He previously told the outlet that they first became close friends, and “it has developed into an amazing relationship.”

Some fans are probably wondering if the couple is serious or having fun. But Oppenheim told Page Six he has strong feelings for her.

“Oh, I love her, yeah,” he said. He later talked about all of the attention they’ve been getting since the news got out.

“I’m really happy,” he said. “We’re really happy together, so, I mean, the spotlight is whatever. It doesn’t bother me that much. I don’t tend to read much in the way of comments or articles.”

He also insisted that Stause isn’t his employee but an independent contractor. The real estate mogul claimed their work hasn’t changed since they started dating. Oppenheim answered if he’s planning on proposing. “I’m just going to keep all that between us,” he said.

Last season Selling Sunset fans watched Stause being heartbroken after her husband, Justin Hartley left her. It looks like she has moved on. One day fans will see how the rest of the cast is reacting to her new relationship.
