Christine Quinn is Jason Oppenheim’s ‘problem too’

From the beginning of Selling Sunset Season 5, the things Christine has told the press about Jason and Chrishell’s relationship have come up. Cozied up in Chrishell’s outdoor living room, the couple discusses Christine’s behavior in “She’s Your Problem Too.”

“She openly doesn’t work,” Chrishell explains to Jason. “She says openly she married for money … if she put half as much effort into work as she did to tear people down, she wouldn’t have to marry for money.”

This time, Chrishell isn’t worried about herself so much, but the weight Christine’s words carry and what they could do to Jason’s business. Meanwhile, Jason’s more upset about Christine taking away from Chrishell’s moment by claiming she’s only successful because she’s “f***ing the boss.”

As much as Chrishell would like to see Jason fire Christine, he’s loyal. He’s willing to reconsider if she does anything to hurt The Oppenheim Group, though.

Did Vannessa Villela’s boyfriend Nick just propose?

Vanessa Villela’s boyfriend Nick Hardy stops by The Oppenheim Group office to meet her colleagues in episode 8. About to leave for a work trip, Nick has a surprise for Vanessa — and everyone else in the office that day. In a moment of pure confusion, Nick presents Vanessa with a ring.

“I thought he was about to propose,” Amanza Smith told Showbiz Cheat Sheet exclusively ahead of the season 5 premiere. “It alluded to that for sure.”

Instead, Nick presents Vanessa with a promise ring in the emotional moment. “I feel like I’m in a dream,” Vanessa tells him. “This represents my promise to you,” Nick says. “I love you so much.” The couple would get engaged a few months later in January 2021.

The tea is hot in ‘She’s Your Problem Too’

After landing a desk in “It’s Getting Personal,” Chelsea hosts a tea party for her new colleagues. “I brought champagne because I really want the tea to be what we say,” Chelsea points out.

The outing seems amicable until Christine quips about manifesting Chelsea into her life. “I said these girls in the office are so s*****,” Christine says, offending Heather Rae El Moussa, Davina Potratz, and Amanza.

Later, Christine admits she’s trying. “I am genuinely doing everything I can to mend relationships with everyone,” she starts.

“I know I’ve f***** up. It’s always coming from a place of feeling hurt and I’m sorry.”

In the end, Christine asks Emma Hernan for a chance. “I would love for you to be open to me a little bit,” she says. Emma agrees to it, but later tells cameras Christine would probably have to “die and be reincarnated into a different person for her to be friends with her.” Chelsea’s party seems to end on a high note, but will things stay this way?

Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim talk babies
