‘Selling the OC’: Where to Watch the ‘Selling Sunset’ Spinoff and How to Follow the Cast on Instagram
Selling Sunset is the hit reality show that has fans clamoring to see what kind of homes the Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles can sell for millions of dollars. Because of the popularity of this show, fans are excited about Selling the OC, the latest spinoff of the reality show franchise, which will premiere on Netflix in 2022.
Although it is unclear if any of the Selling Sunset cast members will make an appearance on the new show, Selling the OC is promising to provide plenty of drama, jealousy, and competition when it comes to high-stakes real estate listings. The show will follow Jason Oppenheim’s Newport Beach branch of his real estate company and feature 11 cast members, both men, and women.
‘Selling the OC’ was announced with a slick trailer
Selling Sunset has a huge fan base who can’t wait to see the drama between the agents and the beautiful homes they are tasked with selling, and the series is now spinning off a second time with Selling the OC (the first spinoff being Selling Tampa, which premiered in 2021 and follows the Allure Realty firm in Florida).
Selling the OC features the real estate agents of the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach branch, and as the Netflix trailer promises, fans are in for even more glitz, glamour, jealousy, and drama. The trailer helps to set up much of the usual drama when it comes to high-stakes house listings.
This cast, like the one on Selling Sunset, will be under tremendous pressure to acquire and sell multimillion-dollar listings as they also deal with a lot of interpersonal drama on the side, all set against a background of Southern California luxury, including pristine beaches, yachts, and those properties that have every amenity a wealthy buyer could want.
Where to follow the cast of ‘Selling the OC’
Although the show is one of two direct spinoffs from Selling Sunset, fans may not see as many Selling Sunset cast members as they would expect. It is likely the Oppenheim brothers will make appearances on this spinoff.
Another rumor that surfaced was that Heather Rae El Moussa (formerly Heather Rae Young) would be making the big move over to Selling the OC, according to Variety. However, that rumor was debunked, though the Oppenheim Group’s website still features the real estate agent working at the Newport Beach branch.
According to Today, those who are confirmed to be a part of the Selling the OC cast include: Gio Helou, whose Instagram is @giovannehelou; Kayla Cardona, whose Instagram is @mskaylacardona; Lauren Brito, whose Instagram is @thelaurenbrito.
Other members of the cast include Polly Brindle, who you can find on Instagram @pollybrindle; Sean Palmieri, whose Instagram is @sean.palmieri; Tyler Stanaland, who you can find on Instagram @tylerstanaland.
Alex Hall, whose Instagram handle is @alexhall_o.c, is also part of the cast, alongside Alexandra Jarvis (@thealexandrajarvis on Instagram), Alexandra Rose (@alexandraroseoc on Instagram), Austin Victoria (@austin_victoria on Instagram), and Brandi Marshall, who you can find on Instagram @shesbrandimarshall.
‘Selling the OC’ premieres in 2022
The show had been filming for much of the second half of 2021 and is set to hit Netflix in 2022. Fans have been waiting to see just what drama awaits the cast of Selling the OC now that the show is featuring both men and women, which is something that fans weren’t able to see on Selling Sunset.
This could take the stakes even higher when it comes to not only competing to sell the best properties but also handling personal relationships when they work together. Fans of Selling Sunset won’t be wanting for what they have come to expect from this reality show franchise.
