Because of the popularity of this show, fans are excited about Selling the OC, the latest spinoff of the reality show franchise, which will premiere on Netflix in 2022.
Although it is unclear if any of the Selling Sunset cast members will make an appearance on the new show, Selling the OC is promising to provide plenty of drama, jealousy, and competition when it comes to high-stakes real estate listings. Selling the OC features the real estate agents of the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach branch, and as the Netflix trailer promises, fans are in for even more glitz, glamour, jealousy, and drama. The trailer helps to set up much of the usual drama when it comes to high-stakes house listings.
This cast, like the one on Selling Sunset, will be under tremendous pressure to acquire and sell multimillion-dollar listings as they also deal with a lot of interpersonal drama on the side, all set against a background of Southern California luxury, including pristine beaches, yachts, and those properties that have every amenity a wealthy buyer could want.

Although the show is one of two direct spinoffs from Selling Sunset, fans may not see as many Selling Sunset cast members as they would expect. It is likely the Oppenheim brothers will make appearances on this spinoff.
Another rumor that surfaced was that Heather Rae El Moussa (formerly Heather Rae Young) would be making the big move over to Selling the OC, according to Variety. However, that rumor was debunked, though the Oppenheim Group’s website still features the real estate agent working at the Newport Beach branch.
