Sister Wives Season 16 has wrapped and already fans are eager for season 17. It was revealed that filming already started, so when can fans expect Sister Wives Season 17 to drop on TLC? Here are all of the possible spoilers for season 17.

Christine Brown will be in season 17

The final episodes of season 16 showed the split between Christine Brown and Kody Brown. Many Sister Wives fans were worried that Christine would no longer be featured on Sister Wives. According to Christine’s 23-year-old son, Paedon Brown, she’s currently filming for season 17 with the rest of the Brown family.

Many Sister Wives fans leave comments on Paedon’s TikTok videos, hoping to get more information. On one of Paedon’s TikToks, posted on Jan 18, a fan asked (via Reddit), “Will your mom return if there’s another season of Sister Wives?” Paedon replied, “They are filming currently.”

On another of Paedon’s Tiktoks posted on Jan 17 (via Reddit), a fan asked, “So there’s going to be a season 17? Fingers crossed.” Paedon responded, “Yep.”

What is the ‘Sister Wives’ Season 17 air date?

There is no rhyme or reason to the Sister Wives seasons air dates. The gaps between seasons can be anywhere from a year to a few months. Also, TLC doesn’t give audiences much of a heads up before the season starts, usually just a few weeks.

So there’s no telling when Sister Wives Season 17 will air. Typically speaking, the time frame between Sister Wives Season 15 and 16 was around six months. So with that logic, season 17 could air sometime this summer or fall. However, there have been rumors it won’t air until 2023.

Kody slipped up during a personalized video via Cameo that he has a possible new gig. He accidentally began revealing something that isn’t allowed to be spoken about until season 17. However, he shared enough to describe that he was an officiant for his friend’s wedding. Perhaps season 17 will feature Kody in a new role — as a pastor?
