Sofia Richie Just Unfollowed Kourtney Kardashian on Instagram
Could there be some drama brewing in the world of the KarJenners? We’re not so sure, but we do know that after playing nice with each other for well over a year, Sofia Richie quietly unfollowed Kourtney Kardashian on Instagram.
If you didn’t know, the model who is also very close friends with Kylie Jenner began dating Kourtney Kardashian’s ex- Scott Disick, back in 2017 when she was just 18-years old. Since Disick and Kardashian share three children together, and the businessman is 15 years older than Lionel Richie’s youngest daughter, their relationship wasn’t exactly embraced by the KarJenner clan.
Despite all of the drama and confusion, Richie and Disick seem to have a genuine and loving relationship. The model has even vacationed with the Poosh owner, Disick, and their three children. However, fans just raised their eyebrows when they realized Richie unfollowed Kardashian on Instagram.

Things certainly started off bumpy between the women. However, Kardashian came to admire Richie’s maturity and the lovely way she treats her children, Mason, Reign, and Penelope.
In fact, Kardashian has said that she feels Richie “brings out the best” in Disick and that her presence has only strengthened their co-parenting relationship. “He checks in with me every morning and throughout the day, every night, just to make sure that I’m good and that the kids are good,” the Poosh founder told Ellen DeGeneres.
She also stated she appreciates both Disick and Richie for never making her feel like the third wheel. “They don’t make me feel like I’m left out, which is nice,” Kardashian shared with her sister Khloé Kardashian. “Or else I wouldn’t go or invite her to come.”

Despite their harmonious co-parenting and friendly relationship, it appears that Richie is trying to distance herself from the KarJenner machine to make sure she has a very sperate career for herself. In fact, she just revealed that she will no longer be appearing on KUWTK.
When she did briefly appear on the show all of her storylines had to do with her relationship with Disick and Kardashian. We can see how exhausting that could be when you’re trying to build your own brand. Now Richie is ready to step away from reality TV to go into acting.
“Well, because I want to get into acting!” the 21-year-old model told Entertainment Tonight when they asked why she would no longer appear on KUWTK. “I feel like, for a while, I kind of held back on things because I was afraid of failure, but 2020 is [the year of] no fear! I’m gonna be doing acting stuff really soon. Great things are happening and I’m really excited about it.”

It also looks like Richie’s trying to put some comfortable distance between herself and Kourtney Kardashian. Though she made headlines for following the eldest Kardashian sister on Instagram back in September 2019, it looks like she prefers to just keep their interactions relegated to the real world.
There doesn’t appear to be any drama here. Kardashian never followed Richie back and she also doesn’t follow Disick. Likewise, Flip It Like Disick star has never followed Richie or Kardashian.
“As much as people would love there to be, there isn’t any drama between Scott, Sofia and Kourtney,” an insider told People. “They spend a ton of time together, and Kourtney is comfortable with Sofia around the kids. Scott and Kourtney have gotten along really well for a long time. It’s not only the family trips, but dinners, celebrations, etc. They spend time together with Sofia, and it isn’t weird.”
Sounds like healthy boundaries to us.
