More than a month after Spider-Man: No Way Home released on December 17, 2021, Marvel felt comfortable revealing some light spoilers. Marvel Entertainment posted a video of Peter Parker and MJ actors discussing the plot of Spider-Man: No Way Home and what it was like starring with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in late January 2022. However, in an adorable exchange, Tom Holland called out Zendaya for mispronouncing the Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) reveal at the end of Far From Home.

Tom Holland adorably caught Zendaya fumbling while summarizing ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ and ‘No Way Home’

With Tom Holland and Zendaya dating as a real-life Spider-Man and MJ, the couple has had more than their fair share of cute moments outside of Marvel movies.

In the Marvel Entertainment YouTube video, Holland and Zendaya sat down to discuss Spider-Man: No Way Home. Zendaya started explaining the ending of Spider-Man: Far From Home and the events leading into the first moments of their newer film.

“What is going on with Peter Parker?” Zendaya started. “Well, in this film, unfortunately, due to our previous film, Mysterio has now revealed his identity to the world, so the world knows that – ”

While Zendaya tried to gloss over how she pronounced “revealed” strangely, Holland clearly would not let it slip. Tom Holland took an adorable jab at how Zendaya pronounced the Mysterio reveal.

After finishing a long drink from his cup, without taking his eyes off her, he repeated “‘Revild?’” back to Zendaya.

The MJ actor could not help giggling at the British ‘Spider-Man’ actor correcting her English

Zendaya stopped her summary and giggled as she corrected herself, emphasizing “revealed.”

It came as a hilariously cute moment between Holland and Zendaya, especially considering that he has a British accent and Zendaya has an American accent. They tend to pronounce words differently in general. It almost makes you wonder if Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone ran into the same situations.

“I got you, don’t worry,” Holland whispered. “She meant to say ‘revealed.’”

Even after Zendaya continued summarizing Spider-Man: No Way Home, Holland could not help laughing at their banter moments before. Zendaya did her best not to laugh while talking herself.

“His identity,” she tried starting again before holding back a laugh. “Now the world knows that Spider-Man is Peter Parker, and chaos ensues.”

And fans have seen how that chaos leads to Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Electro (Jamie Foxx), and two more Spider-Men, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Tom Holland makes some adorable jokes with Zendaya about Peter Parker and MJ’s relationship in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’

When Holland was asked what MJ was up to in Spider-Man: No Way Home, he, of course, gave a cheeky answer.

“MJ is falling head-over-heels in love with Peter,” Holland said, causing Zendaya to laugh and exaggeratively roll her eyes. “I’m not lying; it’s true! He’s a bit hesitant, though.”

“Uh-uh!” Zendaya denied with a laugh. “He didn’t think it was the right choice, but then [he changed his mind],” Zendaya explained how Holland apparently thought that Peter should feel more hesitant about his relationship with MJ.

“He’s still pining after Liz, from the first movie,” Holland joked as if Peter Parker could not get over Liz Toomes (Laura Harrier) from Spider-Man: Homecoming.

They even got a question about who makes them laugh the most on set. Holland said everyone before singling out Zendaya for making him laugh “a lot.”

While they managed to work through the entire interview, Tom Holland and Zendaya could not help taking adorable jabs at each other, whether it was about their acting performances or small mistakes like a mispronunciation regarding Mysterio.
