‘Survivor 40: Winners at War Episode 12’: How did Tony Vlachos dominate this week?

Going into episode 12 of Survivor: Winners at War, it didn’t seem like Tony was doing very well. Sarah Lacina was furious at him for blindsiding Sophie Clarke the previous week without telling her. Kim Spradlin-Wolfe began discussions among her alliance to blindside Tony this week.

However, the tables turned when Tony won immunity at the challenge. Throughout the day, it still seemed like Jeremy Collins might be heading home. However, while at Tribal Council, Tony began whispering to Jeremy about taking out Kim.

Quickly, everyone was up and out of their seats again, whispering about who to vote out. After the vote, Tony and Jeremy even openly discussed whether to play their advantages or not. In the end, Kim was sent to the Edge of Extinction in a five to three vote. No one played an immunity idol or advantage. For the second week in a row, Tony orchestrated another blindside.

Fans believe whoever blindsides Tony Vlachos wins the title of ‘Sole Survivor’

“I’m pretty much rooting for Tony if he makes it to the end,” one fan wrote on Reddit. “HOWEVER. I’m rooting more for someone to make the move and take him out to put that on their resume. Denise would be perfect to take him out, queen Sandra and legend Tony on her resume? Take my vote.”

A few episodes earlier, Denise Stapley used Sandra Diaz-Twine’s idol to blindside her. However, viewers have not seen many scenes with Denise since then.

“If Denise blindsides Tony, I wish they would have edited Denise better,” another fan added. “It seems like she’s got no airtime since the Sandra boot.”

Whether it’s Denise or someone else, fans feel that the person who orchestrates Tony’s demise could win the entire game. It would be something great to say during the final tribal council.

Some fans feel that Michele is lined up to win ‘Survivor: Winners at War’

“I know she hasn’t played a perfect game, but I’m kinda thinking Michele is in the perfect spot right now,” another Redditor wrote. “She didn’t betray either side because she helped Jeremy but also voted him out.”

One fan pointed out that Michele Fitzgerald could go all the way to the end.

“She will probably get intel from everyone on who they want out next, and I highly doubt it will be her for the next two eliminations,” the fan continued. “I’m just worried who she can beat at the end.”

However, even if Michele makes it to the end, she doesn’t have any big moves on her resume. There are only two weeks of Survivor: Winners at War left to find out who wins the $2 million prize.
