Tarek El Moussa gave ‘selling Sunset’ star Heather Rae Young a Ferrari after 2 months of dating
Heather Rae Young met Tarek El Moussa on July 4, 2019, when she climbed onto his yacht. The Selling Sunset star moved in with El Moussa shortly after their first date.
The Flip or Flop star gave Young a very expensive gift for her 32nd birthday, which was just two months after they first met.
“We both share a love of sports cars and on our first date I asked her what her dream car would be. She told me that she has always dreamed of a white Ferrari convertible,” El Moussa told People in September 2019. “I wanted to surprise my best friend with the car of her dreams. I love cars so I get to enjoy it too.”
For Young’s birthday, which is on Sept. 16, El Moussa surprised her with a white, hard-top Ferrari convertible, complete with a big bow on top.

The Flip or Flop star loves giving Heather Rae Young lavish gifts, and it doesn’t have to be her birthday. On May 24, the Selling Sunset star revealed in her Instagram Stories that Tarek El Moussa bought her another new car.
In one slide, the Netflix star posted a picture of herself wearing white sunglasses and sitting inside a car with a black interior. Young captioned the photo, “Still need to show you my new car! 🤍 🖤 obsessed she’s a beast.”
The following slide was a video of Young in the driver’s seat of her new large, white, four-door car while the camera panned around the vehicle. “That beast noise 🖤🤍😍 thank you honey for my new mom car ☺️” she captioned the clip before tagging El Moussa. Young added, “@eurocar_oc found my dream car.” The car logo was briefly visible in the video, and it looked like a Mercedes-Benz.
The Selling Sunset star called the new vehicle her “mom” car, and she is the stepmother to El Moussa’s two children, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Christina Haack. Young has also said that she would like to have a baby of her own one day.

Heather Rae Young and Tarek El Moussa’s relationship moved quickly, and she was living with the Flip or Flop star soon after their first date.
Young has said that she loves being a “bonus mommy” to Tarek El Moussa’s children, and she considers them her “best friends.” But El Moussa told US Weekly that it took “weeks” for his son Brayden to warm up to the Selling Sunset star.
“He was three years old [when] she came in one day out of nowhere and, like, just moved in,” El Moussa said. “It took him a few weeks to get accustomed to it.”
But after an adjustment period, he said that Young and Brayden bonded and became inseparable.
“They play tennis together. They cuddle, they just absolutely adore each other,” El Moussa shared. “Honestly, for me as a dad, I am so happy. I’m so excited about getting married, especially because she’s such an amazing stepmom to the kids. Like, they really do adore her.”
