Tarek El Moussa’s ex-wife, Christina Haack, is filming 2 shows for HGTV

While Tarek El Moussa films season 3 of Flipping 101, his ex-wife and former Flip or Flop co-star, Christina Haack, is working on two shows for HGTV.

On April 7, Haack revealed in an Instagram post that she has been filming a new series called Christina in the Country that will air in “late 2022.” She is also working on season 4 of her other spinoff show, Christina on the Coast.

“Excited to share what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. ‘Christina In The Country’ has officially been picked up by @hgtv for 6 episodes,” Haack wrote. “Now I have the best of both worlds…the coast and the country! Our team has some incredible projects in the works out in Tennessee!”

Before announcing Christina in the Country, Haack said she was working on “new shows” with HGTV. They are co-producing the upcoming fourth season of Christina of the Coast with HGTV.

“Having my own production company to produce what I want has always been a huge dream! I love that I have the most hard working / creative partner in Josh and we have this amazing team to create content with,” Haack wrote in  her post. “I am so grateful for this new opportunity. We can’t wait to co-produce Christina on the coast season 4 for @hgtv as well as some brand new shows!!”

The HGTV stars shared the hit HGTV show ‘Flip or Flop’ for 10 seasons

Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa worked together on the show Flip or Flop for nearly 10 years. El Moussa filmed the couple flipping a house and sent the audition tape to HGTV. They signed a deal with the network in 2012, and Flip or Flop first aired in 2013.

The series was a huge success and ran for 10 seasons, including after the couple got divorced in 2018. Haack and El Moussa share custody of their two children, 11-year-old Taylor and 6-year-old Brayden.

While still working together on Flip or Flop, Haack and El Moussa each started their own spinoff shows. In 2019, Haack launched the HGTV series Christina on the Coast. In 2020, El Moussa announced his spinoff show, Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa. Flip or Flop’s final episode aired in March 2022, and the former partners went their separate ways.
