During the interview, Gold Derby writer Nick Ruhrkraut shared that while he loves the friendship between Rebecca and Ted, he does not view their dynamic as romantic.

Sudeikis then revealed that he thinks Rebecca and Ted are “soulmates.” However, the Ted Lasso actor did not clarify if Ted and Rebecca will ever get together or if their strong connection will remain platonic.

“I will say this, and I think… I believe we’ve spoken about this. I do believe they are soulmates,” Sudeikis said.

When he said this, Waddingham nodded and pointed at the camera.
