‘Teen Mom’: Jenelle Evans’ Husband David Eason Blasts Her Ex for Absent Parenting
Jenelle Evans hasn’t exactly been the grand standard for parenting. During her time on Teen Mom 2, fans accused her of not being a good mom and those accusations only increased when she got with David Eason. Recently, Evans’ ex Nathan Griffith alleged that Eason was hurting his and Evans’ son, Kaiser. Now, it’s Eason who is calling Griffith out.
Jenelle Evans’ children got taken away
Evans’ children were taken away after Griffith asked police to do a wellness check on Kaiser, claiming Eason shot a dog in front of them. After this, Evans left Eason for a little while and filed for divorce. She also filed to get a restraining order from Eason and listed 11 instances of abuse to back up her request. She eventually withdrew the request for a restraining order and got back together with Eason.
She has since denied that Eason ever abused her children or her, despite multiple recordings of 9-1-1 calls that suggest otherwise.
“I want to tell you guys that David has never abused the children, he’s never abused me,” Evans said in a YouTube video. “We’ve always had disagreements and those would turn into big arguments and this is the reason why I decided to go back home and work out my relationship because ultimately it’s for my family.”
Now, she and Eason are living together once again and everything has gone back to normal for the two despite a recent arrest that occurred after Eason allegedly attacked one of Evans’ friends.
Nathan Griffith’s claims
Recently, Griffith took to Twitter to express his concern for his son.
“Since NOOOOO one is hearing, I will say this. @ColCoES will not help, social services tried their hardest but NOOOO one listened … [It] makes me [realize] there is something wrong with the justice system,” he wrote in now-deleted tweets captured by In Touch. “How do you [explain] marks on my son’s back, [his] black eye, whip marks on his rear end, continuous police investigation. Charges against David Eason for multiple violence and aggressive behavior … NOTHING HAPPENS. What am I supposed to do besides being a panic parent!”
Evans denied those claims.
“I have proof he was OK for his week visit with his father,” she tweeted. “I didn’t have one concerning phone call made to me or any reports of injuries. He’s just an adorable happy normal little man. #MommasBoy.”
David Eason calls out Nathan’s parenting skills
Recently, Eason shared a picture of Kaiser and his daughter Ensley on his Instagram. In the comment’s section, a fan asked if Nathan was still in Kaiser’s life.
“He has never been involved much at all,” Eason responded.
“I know, but I know he was getting him there for a while… has that stopped?” the fan continued.
“He has supervised visits with his mom like always, but he lives out of town so…”
Last year, Griffith and Evans were reportedly in custody battles as Griffith wanted more than just weekend visitation with Kaiser. From what Eason has been alleging, it doesn’t seem like Griffith was able to get the time with Kaiser that he was requesting.
