Matt James faced the women he has eliminated thus far from The Bachelor at his season’s “The Women Tell All.” But Bachelor Nation noticed a few familiar faces missing from the special. Why weren’t two women from The Bachelor Season 25 at “The Women Tell All?”

‘The Women Tell All’ recap for ‘The Bachelor’ Season 25

As with many “Women Tell All” specials, there were a lot of healing moments. “Queen” Victoria Larson made peace with James, but not with the women in the house. Mari Pepin had a lot to say. Pieper James, Serena Pitt, Abigail Heringer, and Katie Thurston were put in Chris Harrison’s hot seat. Other women present from James’s season of The Bachelor included Kit Keenan, MJ Snyder, Anna Redman, Serena Chew, Chelsea Vaughn, Jessenia Cruz, Ryan Claytor, Khaylah Epps, and Brittany Galvin.

For obvious reasons, Rachael Kirkconnell, Bri Springs, and Michelle Young were not present at the “The Women Tell All.” Despite their absence, it seemed like all of the women were there — but they weren’t. Sarah Trott and Marylynn Sienna weren’t amongst the 15 women at “The Women Tell All.”

Sarah Trott left ‘The Bachelor’ to take care of her father

To many, there was a clear connection between Trott and James early on. When she decided to leave the show, many fans in Bachelor Nation thought she could have been the one for James. But after Trott opened up about her father’s health condition, fans understood her reason for leaving.

Trott’s father has had Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease since she was in college. Before the show, Trott left her job as a reporter to be home full-time caring for her father. While she was filming The Bachelor, Trott’s dad was always top of mind. Ultimately, Trott left to be home with her family. As a fan-favorite for her grace and love of family, many were looking forward to seeing Trott at the “The Women Tell All.” But she wasn’t amongst the 15 women who got to see James again.

Sarah Trott likely didn’t return for the ‘The Women Tell All’ for the same reason she left ‘The Bachelor’

So far, no official word has been released about why Trott wasn’t at the “The Women Tell All.” But she likely didn’t attend the special for the same reasons she left the show — to provide care for her father. Since leaving Bachelor Nation, Trott has been modeling and working on her podcast, From Here to Where. She did post to Instagram the day of the special, writing: “Stepping into Monday w/ an ATTITUDE.” Trott appeared to be in Los Angeles, according to the geotag.

Marylynn Sienna wasn’t at ‘The Bachelor: The Women Tell All’ either

Bachelor Nation will remember Sienna as the woman accused of bring “manipulative” and “toxic” by her roommate, Larson. Allegedly Sienna is the reason Larson ended up sleeping on the couch and getting a stye. Sienna only made it to The Bachelor Season 25 Episode 3.

Sienna was another woman missing from “The Women Tell All.” At this time, the reason for her lack of presence is unclear. Like Trott, Sienna shared a photo on Instagram yesterday. Her caption contained cryptic lyrics from Eiffel 65’s 1999 single “Blue (Da Ba Dee): “& everything he sees is just…blue.”
