The Bachelor alum, Nick Viall, was the lead on season 21 but didn’t find lasting love. He went on to compete on Dancing with the Stars but placed sixth. Now, Viall hosts celebrity guests on his podcast, The Viall Files, and keeps fans coming back for more with his shirtless Instagram photos.

‘The Bachelor’ alum, Nick Viall, shared a 5-year long-secret about Bristowe

Viall recently made headlines when he appeared on The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever! The podcast host chatted with Chris Harrison via video to talk more about his time on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season.

The former star revealed that Bristowe sent him signals that she was thinking of him when she went on Jimmy Kimmel Live with Nilsson. Viall shared that he dug up old emails he wrote to Bristowe before she went on the show.

“I read them,” Harrison added. “These are passionate, romantic love letters that you emailed to Kaitlyn as she became the Bachelorette and literally started her season.”

Although Viall did become a contestant on Bristowe’s season, she did not choose him during the final rose ceremony. Instead, she accepted Shawn Booth’s proposal. The pair broke it off in 2018, and she is now in a relationship with Jason Tartick from Becca Kufrin’s season. Viall, on the other hand, is still single.

Viall’s recent Instagram photo angered some ‘Bachelor’ fans — so he clapped back

The Bachelor alum often shares photos of himself on social media. His recent picture was another selfie, with a bandana over his face as a mask.

“It’s never been easier to save a life,” Viall captioned the photo on Instagram. “Let’s do our part.”

Viall was wearing the bandana to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). However, several Instagram users commented that Viall is a “Puppet,” and that the mask does nothing.

“Lol oh the celebs are jumping on the democrat bandwagon,” one individual wrote. “Maybe next they will tell you to stick q-tips up your nose and in your eyes because that will stop COVID.”

The Bachelor alum did not hesitate to write back to several of the negative comments.

“Well, Karen, even if the EXPERTS are wrong, all I had to do is wear a mask,” Viall wrote. “If you’re wrong, you could kill thousands.”

‘The Bachelor’ fans loved Viall’s response to ‘Karen’

“Yeah, I’ll say it: this is officially my favorite incarnation of Nick,” one Reddit user wrote about Viall’s comment.

Others agreed with Viall’s stance on wearing masks and loved how he tried to explain it to “Karen.”
