‘The Bachelor’: Who Is Nick Viall’s New Girlfriend?
Nick Viall has been a staple in the Bachelor franchise for many years. For better or for worse, he’s a favorite of some fans and a villain in the eyes of others. Viall has failed to find love on any of the Bachelor shows, and it isn’t for lack of trying. But now, he has found romance on his own and has a new girlfriend, who is not a part of Bachelor nation. So, who is this mystery woman?
Nick Viall’s relationship history
Viall has had more than his fair share of relationships in Bachelor nation. He first appeared on Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette. When Dorfman chose Josh Murray over him, he famously asked her why she made love to him if she wasn’t in love with him. This caused him to receive some backlash for seemingly shaming Dorfman.
He then returned for Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of The Bachelorette. He joined in the fifth episode after having talked to Bristowe before the season started filming. He ended that season in second place as well when Bristowe picked Shawn Booth.
Viall then went on Bachelor in Paradise where he dated Jen Saviano. The two made it to the end of the season together and Viall picked out a ring for her but ultimately decided not to propose.
He went on to be the Bachelor for season 21 where he picked Vanessa Grimaldi. The two did get engaged but broke things off a few months after the finale aired.
“It’s with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement,” Grimaldi and Viall said in a joint statement, according to Entertainment Tonight. “We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairy-tale ending we hoped for. We will continue to be there for each other no matter what. This hasn’t been an easy decision, however, as we part ways, we do so with lots of love and admiration for each other.”
Viall has since been linked to several celebrities like Rachel Bilson and January Jones, but none of those relationships has been confirmed.
He was even briefly thought to be dating Bachelor alum Demi Burnett. Rumors started surfacing about the two after she was spotted leaving his home. Viall denied that anything was going on between them.
“Demi is a close friend, a dear friend,” he said on his podcast, The Viall Files. “We’ve become close, and I care very much about her.”
“Demi has in fact been to my place, as sometimes friends do go to each other’s places.”
Who is Nick Viall dating now?
Fans have been suspicious that Viall has been dating someone for a while. In September, Viall posted a video of himself dancing by a pool. Later, a woman named Natalie Joy posted that same location.
Now, the pair have gone public with their relationship by posting a video on Instagram. Joy posted the video to her Instagram stories. In the clip, the two can be seen giggling and playing a virtual reality game.
According to People, the pair have been together since last year. Joy is most likely a breath of fresh air for Viall, who is used to dating within Bachelor nation. As a surgical technologist, Joy is about as far away from that world as a person can be.
