‘The Bold and the Beautiful’: Fans Wouldn’t Want to Work at Forrester Creations
Since 1987, The Bold and the Beautiful has been entertaining viewers with its glitz and glamour. Set in the fashion world, fans watch the drama unfold for The Forresters and their business empire. Forrester Creations is a hotspot for every character to work. Yet, fans aren’t sure if they’d want to work there.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ fans debate on working at Forrester Creations
Most of The Bold and the Beautiful scenes take place at Forrester Creations. The fashion house is a family-run business created by Eric and Stephanie Forrester (John McCook and Susan Flannery). Now their grandaughter Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is CEO and carrying on the family legacy.
Forrester Creations has become the hottest place of employment for many people. Whether it’s a Forrester or a Logan, a character ends up working there at some point. However, fans don’t understand the appeal of working at the fashion house.
On a Twitter thread, The Bold and the Beautiful fans discussed whether they’d want to work at Forrester Creations. “That place is an HR nightmare,” wrote one viewer. Another commenter replied, “Does anybody really ‘work’ there? They spend more time plotting and scheming and eavesdropping than anything else.”
Although most fans are against working at Forrester, others say the place has its benefits. “I’d LOVE to work at Forrester; nobody actually ever works; they usually sit around in offices and gossip about other people. What a great job to get paid for!”
Employees spend more time gossiping
The Bold and the Beautiful characters often discuss their personal lives while at the office. It’s been a common occurrence for years, but fans are becoming annoyed with all the gossiping. Recently, the Logan sisters have been converging in the CEO’s space to discuss Eric’s marriage to Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer).
As if gossiping wasn’t enough, the office also became the scene for a special moment between Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Eric and Donna reminisced about their marriage as he licked honey from her finger. Their interaction was enough to cure Eric’s erectile dysfunction.
So how does Eric thank Donna? He fires Donna upon Quinn’s request; now Donna is without a job and her Honey Bear. The Bold and the Beautiful fans believe this would earn Eric a harassment lawsuit in the real world.
More fashion shows on the way
Fashion shows are an integral part of The Bold and the Beautiful. Forrester Creations has put on epic fashion shows, from competing with rival Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley) to traveling the world. Although there hasn’t been much runway activity lately, that’s about to change.
In a recent episode, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) are preparing to launch her new collection. Aside from the alluring clothing, the fashion shows are also known for their dramatic moments. With Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) being the top model, one must wonder what excitement awaits the catwalk.
