‘The Bold and the Beautiful’: Grace Brings Back Zoe to Break up Paris and Carter

The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) can’t resist meddling in her daughter’s life. Grace disapproves of Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) blossoming romance with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). After her words of warning fail to keep the couple apart, she’ll resort to another plan.

Grace’s arrival on The Bold and the Beautiful meant trouble for Paris and Carter. The Buckingham matriarch was brought to Los Angeles by Zende Dominguez (Delon de Metz) to win back Paris. Zende already has Grace’s approval, and she’s pushing her daughter to reunite with the fashion designer.

However, to get Paris and Zende back together, Grace must remove Carter from the picture. Her threats to Carter did little as he and Paris continued to see each other. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Grace hasn’t given up on her plan to break up Paris and Carter.

With her warning doing nothing to deter the couple, Grace might seek the help of her other daughter Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes).

Plots to reunite Zoe Buckingham and Carter Walton

While Grace is meddlesome, she’s also a protective mother looking out for Paris’ best interests. Her daughter is young and doesn’t know what she wants. While Paris believes she’s in love with Carter, Grace fears it’ll lead to heartache for her youngest daughter.

It wasn’t that long ago that Carter was engaged to Zoe, but the relationship ended because of his affair with Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer). Grace doesn’t want history repeating itself with Paris. To ensure that Paris reunites with Zende, she’ll ask Zoe to return.

With Zoe in town, Grace will set a plot to lure Carter away from Paris. Seeing his ex-fiancée will stir up feelings in Carter. Of course, it’ll make him feel guilty for the pain he caused her. His guilt will further increase when he realizes he’s bringing more hurt to Zoe and Zende with his affair with Paris.

Aside from that, Carter may also find himself falling back in love with Zoe. She was the woman Carter wanted to settle down with, and deep down, he’ll wonder what could’ve been. Maybe now he’ll have a second chance.

Grace Buckingham’s plot backfires

Grace thinks she’s doing the right thing, yet her plot might backfire on The Bold and the Beautiful. Bringing Zoe back will lead to more drama with the Buckingham sisters. Zoe constantly interfered in Paris and Zende’s relationship, which caused tension with the siblings. Although they eventually made up, the sisters’ bond will be tested when they fight over Carter and Zende.

While Grace is hopeful Zoe’s return will reunite Paris and Zende, her hopes will be dashed. Zoe had a crush on Zende; although he rebuffed her advances, she may not be over him. Realizing Zende’s a single man, Zoe won’t resist the chance to make a play for him.
