On ‘The Bold and the Beautiful,’ Sheila will continue her quest to see baby Hayes

Anyone who has watched The Bold and the Beautiful for more than a few minutes knows that when Sheila Carter says she’s going to do something, she does it. And according to Soaps @ SheKnows, in the upcoming episodes, she’s going to make good on her threats to build a relationship with baby Hayes, whether Steffy likes it or not. Expect things to really pop off on Sept. 24, when Sheila is dispatched from the hospital and runs to find her grandchild.

“Sheila vowed, in several sinister-sounding speeches (made mostly to herself), that she would not be kept away from her son and grandson…and she makes good on those threats,” they write. “Unsurprisingly, Steffy fumes when Finn’s birth mother makes yet another unexpected visit. Forget baby-proofing the house, Steffy; you’ve gotta psycho-proof it!”

Steffy and Sheila will definitely lock horns more in the coming weeks. Steffy certainly doesn’t want to see her baby hurt. But Sheila’s not going to give up on her relationship with her grandchild, either. And The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that it will lead to a showdown between the two women, with the Forrester-Carter feud getting settled once and for all.

Ridge dispatches an unlikely spy to find out the truth about Eric

Speaking of the Forresters, other The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from SoapHub suggest that Ridge Forrester will want answers about Eric’s situation, as well. It’s really unclear why it’s any of Ridge’s business, regardless of the nature of the relationship, but Ridge wants to know what Quinn is up to — and he’ll stop at nothing to find out what that is.

And, as was previously reported, he’s not above dispatching an unusual spy to get the information he wants: none other than ‘Shifty Justin’ Barber. “This is Justin’s first mission on Team Forrester instead of Team Spencer, so you know he’s going to go all out,” reports the outlet. “He needs to make good on his promise to make things right after kidnapping Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and prove his new alliance.”

In the coming weeks, the truth about Quinn and Eric’s relationship will come out, to be sure. And even if the arrangement works for them, expect things to end very badly for everyone involved. We’ll recall that Brooke wants nothing more than to dispose of Quinn, after all. We’ll also recall that Eric’s ex-wife — and Brooke’s sister — still has feelings for Eric. And then, of course, there’s the still-pending Forrester war…so we’re certain that this is all going to come to fruition in upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in Los Angeles

On a more positive note, other The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from SoapHub suggest that on the Sept. 23 episode, Douglas Forrester will be spending some time with Hope Logan Spencer and his son, Thomas Forrester.

This is definitely proving to be a sweet moment for all involved — but the question is, will this cause issues with Hope’s relationship with Liam? Douglas has certainly come a long way in the “Daddy” department, to be sure, and perhaps Hope will feel old feelings again. It’s not that Douglas is a bad guy — he’s just a little messed up, that’s all.

Nevertheless, it’s about time that Hope and Liam come back on the canvas, and what better way to return to The Bold and the Beautiful than with a dramatic bang?
