If you’re a fan of The Bold and the Beautiful, you’re definitely going to want to tune in this week. Ridge and Brooke are officially over, and they even kissed one last time. Heartbreaking! But if you think Ridge is going to nurse his troubles in a glass of bourbon and swear off dating for a while, you’re wrong. He’s rebounded faster than Michael Jordan in an NBA Playoff game. Which, good for him, we guess.

[Spoiler alert: Potential spoilers for upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful are up ahead.]

On ‘The Bold and the Beautiful,’ Ridge has moved on rather quickly

Not that it would be the first time that The Bold and the Beautiful has had a gaping plothole, but doesn’t it seem strange that Brooke and Ridge have been together for what seems like forever — and then it takes Ridge mere seconds to move on with his own baby mama (Taylor)? Shouldn’t one take some time to recover from a failed relationship? Maybe reflect on where one went wrong and do better in the future?

No? Alright then.

Anyway, the latest spoilers from Soaps.com reveal that after Ridge socked Deacon in the face for kissing Brooke, he went running back to Taylor to “reunite” his family. (Great. Now Steffy can finally shut up about it and do some work around these Forrester Creations parts. Will wonders never cease?) Now this reunion, too, is a major sticking point for the outlet — for good reason.

Does it really make sense that after all this drama and mess, Taylor and Ridge get back together? Doesn’t someone somewhere along the line say “enough with the toxic relationships!”? Maybe in the real world, but in the soap opera world, this is prime sudsy content — and The Powers That Be certainly aren’t going to take their foot off the gas now.

Sheila Carter is here to gloat about it all

And this leads us to the latest The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from SoapHub, who reveals that Sheila will take the time in her very busy day (ha!) to taunt Brooke about her marriage ending. You know, Sheila’s really doing the absolute most to get back into the good graces with the Forrester family — and one has to admit that it’s pretty magnanimous of Taylor to forgive Sheila for shooting her all those years ago.

What a classic moment in soap history.

But the enemy of my enemy, and you know the rest.

“What Sheila wants now is a chance to gloat. And boy, does she get it. She and Brooke cross paths and Sheila doesn’t waste her chance to taunt, tease, and laugh in the broken-hearted woman’s face. Brooke is paying the price for both of their bad decisions, yay!” reports the outlet.

But Sheila’s going to slip up — and that gets Thomas a little suspicious

Naturally, this is where a villain like Sheila slips up. The latest The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry reveal that when Sheila starts acting like a braggart, Thomas — not exactly the sharpest member of the Forrester family, bless his heart — will grow suspicious. Fans can expect this colossal blunder during the week of Feb. 28.

“Sheila and Thomas will get into a heated faceoff over whether Sheila deserves a spot in the Forrester family,” reports the outlet. “That’ll lead to Sheila’s blunder and perhaps some suspicions for Thomas. It turns out Sheila will slip up somehow, so Thomas may suspect she had something to do with Brooke falling off the wagon.”

Will Thomas be wise enough to put two and two together? We’ll just have to tune in to upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful to find out.
