‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Wild Speculation: Eric Caught in the Brooke and Ridge Crossfire
The Bold and the Beautiful fans are still reeling from the crashing of the Bridge ship. Considering how long Brooke and Ridge have been together — a lifetime in soap years, really — it seems pretty incredible that their love story is finally, and ignobly, coming to an end. Alas, though, we are here, and it looks like an old love is coming barreling down the horizon. No, we’re not talking about Ridge and Taylor (not this time, anyway — although those two definitely shared a steamy kiss on the Feb. 18 episode of the show). It looks like Brooke and Eric might be shacking up again, or trying to!
But, you ask, what about Quinn? Well, what about her? And is Brooke really going from her husband to…her husband’s dad? Why yes, as a matter of fact, she just might be.

On ‘The Bold and the Beautiful,’ it was teased that Brooke would be moving in on Eric
Poor Quinn just can’t seem to shake the Logan sisters. If Donna isn’t barking up her man’s tree and making him wish for days when he could “perform,” Brooke is turning to him for “comfort” now that things with her and Eric’s son have gone kaput.
But talk about hypocrisy. It wasn’t long ago that Brooke was all up in Quinn’s face on The Bold and the Beautiful telling Eric that he can do so much better than her. And Brooke’s case was certainly helped by Quinn messing around with Carter!
Now, though, Brooke is in no better position than Quinn is. Because here she is, alone and out a husband, and moving in on another woman’s husband who also happens to be her estranged father-in-law. Disastrous, messy, shady, and full of shenanigans!
She may just be looking to him for comfort
Now, Soaps.com suggests that the Feb. 22 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful will feature Brooke cuddling up to Eric for what she’s calling “comfort.” Now, on one hand, Eric just might stick his nose in the middle of the mess between Brooke and Ridge out of revenge. After all, let’s recall how far Ridge stuck his nose in his father’s business when the Quinn and Carter drama was going down.
(Someone really needs to give the Forresters a lesson in boundaries, because this is ridiculous.)
“Having been married to Brooke — and divorced from her! — Eric really shouldn’t be surprised, but nonetheless, he is stunned when his panicked ex-wife fills him in on the fallout with Ridge from her New Year’s tryst with Deacon,” reports the outlet. “Please, please, please let Quinn walk in on this scene. Pretty please?”

Or…there might be something more
On the other hand, SoapHub thinks that there might be more than just a friendly cuddle between Brooke and Eric on The Bold and the Beautiful. Hey, if Eric can’t have one Logan sister, he can certainly try for the other! Besides, Brooke is in the middle of a spiral right now. Would it be that much of a leap to assume that she’d hop into bed with Eric?
Probably not. But would it be the right thing to do? Also probably not. In fact, that would be the worst idea in the world. But since when has that ever stopped Brooke? Never, that’s when.
Of course, all of this is just speculation. We’ll just have to tune in to upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful to see what happens next.
