Lynch, the second cousin of entertainers Julianne and Derek Hough, got his break came when he was cast as Austin Moon in the Disney Channel series, Austin & Ally.
He starred on the show from 2012-2016. While on the network, he also starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Teen Beach Movie, and its sequel, Teen Beach 2.
R5, the band mostly comprised of his brothers and sister, was also signed to the Disney-owned Hollywood Records. Ross was the lead vocalist for the band.
He also began to expand outside of the Disney fold and that teen image with roles in films like My Friend Dahmer and Status Update.

Lynch’s first major post-Disney move was when he was cast as Harvey Kinkle in the Netflix dark comedy-drama horror series, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
He has starred on the show since its premiere in 2018. The show also stars Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Chance Perdomo, Tati Gabrielle, Lachlan Watson and Jaz Sinclair.
He and one of his brothers, Rocky Lynch, also started a new band called The Driver Era. The rest of their R5 groupmates are touring members of The Driver Era. Because of his work as both an actor and a musician, Ross Lynch has a net worth of $5 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
