‘The Kardashians’: Who From ‘KUWTK’ Will Appear in Hulu’s New Series?
Audiences have been keeping up with the Kardashians for years, but the announcement that the family would end their show, aptly titled Keeping Up with the Kardashians, after 20 seasons shocked fans. It didn’t take long before the famous family announced their return to television. This time the series will call Hulu home. But who will be back from the original KUWTK? Let’s take a look.
Kris Jenner and all five daughters will appear in Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians’
As the saying goes, the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder. The momager of six children has successfully managed all of her kids’ careers into the spotlight over the years. The success continues with The Kardashians on Hulu as all of Jenner’s daughters signed on to appear in the new series.
In December 2020, People wrote, “Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner have signed a multi-year deal to ‘create global content’ that will be streamed exclusively on Hulu in the United States and in multiple territories on Star internationally, according to an announcement made at Disney’s Investor Day on Thursday.”
Pete Davidson won’t appear on the show, but Travis Barker will
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West recently made headlines when they announced their divorce. West made some disturbing social media posts after Kim was seen out with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. However, fans should prepare for disappointment if they hope to see Davidson in The Kardashians.
Kim told Variety, “I have not filmed with him [Davidson]. And I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does. But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn’t be for this season.”
However, the oldest Kardashian sister, Kourtney, plans to showcase some of her relationship with fiancé Travis Barker. Kourtney spoke about her relationship with Barker in a separate interview with Variety.
“I definitely hold my relationship really close. It’s so sacred to me and I am very protective of it. I think I’ve learned a lot of lessons. There is a lot of us on there, and we’ve had such a good time doing it because we have such a good time when we’re together, but I definitely want to protect it as much as I can. But also, this is my life.”
Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick will appear on ‘The Kardashians’
Disick’s breakup with longtime love Kourtney sparked plenty of drama, which might make some think he won’t appear on the new show. However, he was spotted filming with the crew for The Kardashians. Page Six reported that Disick met Jenner at Maria’s Italian Kitchen in Woodland Hills for lunch.
According to E!, Disick didn’t handle the news of Kourtney’s engagement to Barker well, but it looks like he put his feelings aside to appear in the new Hulu series. Many believe that Disick’s and Kourtney’s issues will provide plenty of storylines for The Kardashians.
Fans don’t have to wait long to get their fix of the famous family. The Kardashians premieres on Hulu on April 14, 2022.
