‘The Last Kingdom’: Alexander Dreymon (Uhtred) Shared a Photo With Arnas Fedaravicius (Sihtric)
Fans of the hit series The Last Kingdom may have heard by now, but season 5 will be the final season of the series. Despite the sad turn of events, production is currently happening in Hungary. Fans have recently been treated to photos of their favorite actors together and on the set.
Alexander Dreymon, who plays the main character, Uhtred, just shared a photo with Arnas Fedaravicius, who plays Sihtric.
Uhtred and Sihtric in ‘The Last Kingdom’
Uhtred is a Saxon who is supposed to be the Lord of Bebbanburg. He becomes a Dane after being adopted and raised as one, although he was originally taken as a slave. He finds himself caught between the worlds of the Saxons and the Danes, which gets more complicated as time goes on.
Sihtric is the son of Kjartan (Alexandre Willaume), born out of wedlock. He’s a warrior sworn to Uhtred, and alongside Finan (Mark Rowley), the three are as close as friends can be.

On June 16, both Alexander, who plays Uhtred, and Arnas, who plays Sihtric, shared a photo of the two of them. Arnas shared the image on Instagram first, and Alexander shared a cropped version right after him on Instagram as well.
In the photo, Alexander and Arnas are dressed as Uhtred and Sihtric respectively. Alexander’s head is facing to the side away from the camera, and Arnas’ head is close to Alexander’s face. It appears that he has his tongue out right near Alexander’s forehead, and It’s unclear exactly what’s going on in the photo, but it’s an interesting image all the same. They each have dirt on their faces and hands, and Arnas has what looks like blood on his face. Alexander and Arnas are also each holding something in their hands as well. There is someone else in the shot too off to the side too.
Alexander tagged a number of accounts in the photo, as well as Arnas’ and the official account for the series. He captioned the post on Instagram: “We all have that one friend who just can’t keep his tongue off your face….”
Emily Cox (Brida) recently shared a unique image with Mark Rowley (Finan)
There have been other photos of the actors together as well since production returned. On June 9, 2021, Emily Cox, who plays Brida, shared an image on Instagram of herself and Mark Rowley, who plays Finan. In the black and white photo, she tagged Rowley’s account and the official Instagram account for the series. They each have on sunglasses and headphones. Emily has on a zip-up jacket with her hair done as Brida. They both make the rocker symbol with one of their hands, and Mark is wearing armor with a hat on his head. Behind them is a trailer.
Emily captioned the post on Instagram: “Finan and Brida in the house😎… Who can guess what music we‘re listening to?” She tagged Mark again and added a few hashtags: “#thelastkingdom #brida #finan.”
It’s great seeing posts like the ones shared by our favorite actors from The Last Kingdom. Hopefully, it will be enough to tide fans over until season 5 drops.
