On June 10, 2021, Dreymon shared a few images with a horse named Pedro, which can’t be completely seen in the images. Dreymon is dressed as Uhtred with warrior attire complete with his sword on his back and his hair done up in the middle with short sides. Dreymon smiles at the horse, whose head and some of its neck can be seen as Uhtred holds the reins close to the horse’s face. In the distance is someone else holding a rope, and a horse can also be seen as well. The sky appears to be overcast, and grass surrounds them.

In the next image, Dreymon has his mouth wide open near the horse, which also has its mouth open. Dreymon appears to be touching the horse’s face as well. There’s another image of Dreymon near the horse’s face with his mouth open with his teeth showing. He appears to still be holding the horse’s face, which has its mouth open.

Next, there’s another image of Dreymon near the horse looking at it. The final image is Dreymon actually kissing the horse near its nostrils. He holds the reins close to the horse’s mouth, which is open again in the shot.

Dreymon tagged the official Instagram account for the series, and captioned the post on Instagram: “Pedro playing hard to get.” He also shared some hashtags in the comments, “#horse #kiss #love.” Over 187,000 people liked the post, and over 3,600 people commented on it.

‘The Last Kingdom’: Fans Weigh in on Renaming the Show, and the Responses Are on Point: ‘The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Uhtred Ragnarsson’

Dreymon’s character, Uhtred, is the main character in the series. He’s a Saxon child when he’s taken by a Dane named Earl Ragnar (Peter Gantzler). Originally taken as a slave, he’s adopted by Ragnar. Uhtred becomes a full-fledged Viking, adopting their customs and beliefs. But he watches most of his family die in a fire. His enemies, Kjartan (Alexandre Willaume), his son, Sven (Ole Christoffer Ertvaag), and Uhtred’s uncle, Aelfric (Joseph Millson), are behind the tragedy, and Uhtred begins his journey to seek revenge and try and gain his lands back. He’s set on reclaiming Bebbanburg, something that has yet to happen.

Uhtred allies himself with King Alfred of Wessex (David Dawson), and they have a pretty complicated relationship over the years that’s memorable to witness. Even after Alfred’s death, Uhtred is still caught up assisting Alfred’s children. He even becomes lovers with Alfred’s daughter, Aethelflaed (Millie Brady) at one point. At the end of season 4, he is tasked with making King Edward’s (Timothy Innes) son, Aethelstan, a warrior, and he goes to live with Uhtred.

Fans can surely appreciate Dreymon’s latest post with the horse, Pedro.
