‘The Ultimatum’: Alexis Says ‘It’s No Longer About Alexis’ Since She Married Hunter
The Ultimatum had a very messy first season. But some couples made it down the aisle. Alexis and Hunter Parr are now married. She talked about what she expects from married life, and he revealed if he has regrets doing the show.

The couples on The Ultimatum had to break up and date other cast members at the beginning of the season. The process aimed to help stars decide if they’re ready to marry their original partners or end things.
Alexis gave Hunter an ultimatum after dating for two years. She refused to move in with him without solid plans for marriage. However, she struggled to make a connection with another man. At the ceremony, to pick a new partner, Hunter proposed to Alexis.
“I know you gave the ultimatum, but I love you so much,” Hunter said. “You talked about clarity, and you talked about wanting to understand what I want and what I need. And this experience has showed me so clearly that I was just scared and I was using moving in together as a way to delay what I knew inside, and I’m not scared anymore.”
They left the show early after that. But Alexis did return to have a bachelorette party with the cast.
Alexis talks about marriage with Hunter
Alexis and Hunter got married on June 18, 2022, at Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes, California. The couple talked about their expectations of married life with People.
“It’s no longer about Alexis. It’s Alexis and Hunter,” she said. “That’s the most exciting thing for me, is we’re doing everything together … tough times are going to come, but I have him.”
The couple talked about their experience on the reality show where they got engaged. “Personally, I am so happy that we didn’t go through the rest of the show,” Alexis admitted. “You could see that I came in wanting to marry Hunter from day one. It was really a struggle for me when I wasn’t able to connect with anyone else, but it reconfirmed the love that I had for Hunter.”
Hunter said he doesn’t have “any regrets because both of us stayed true to ourselves and tried to be the most we could. And how it ended up was just a natural conclusion for that.”
Another ‘The Ultimatum’ couple is engaged
Lauren Pounds and Nate Ruggles got engaged at the same ceremony. They are planning their wedding and haven’t walked down the aisle yet.
It doesn’t look like any cast members of The Ultimatum were at Alexis and Hunter’s wedding. But some of them wished them well on Instagram.
