The View has been gracing our television since 1997, and though some co-hosts have spent years with the show, there has been plenty of turnover in the past two decades. Some women have had bigger names than others, though each co-host has helped shape the show into what it is today. But who are the wealthiest co-hosts of them all?

Meredith Vieira: $40 million

Broadcast journalist Meredith Vieira was one of The View’s original co-hosts. She had one of the longest runs on the show, remaining in her position for nine years. The View wasn’t the only show Vieira has hosted; she was the host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for more than a decade and currently hosts 25 Words or Less.

Vieira has built her career as a popular radio and television broadcaster; she’s climbed the ladder and has earned a net worth of about $40 million.

Whoopi Goldberg: $45 million

Whoopi Goldberg joined The View not long after Vieira stepped away. Goldberg has been a co-host since 2007, and she’s known as the show’s moderator and somewhat serves as the voice of reason among the women — especially when arguments get out of hand.

Goldberg has a lengthy acting career, starring in films such as The Color Purple, Sister Act, and Ghost. Through the years, she’s made countless guest appearances in films and has accumulated an estimated $45 million net worth.

Raven Symoné: $55 million

Raven Symoné didn’t exactly go down as one of The View’s most notable co-hosts. The former Disney Channel actress spent less than two years on the show; it’s her other endeavors that have helped her amass such a high worth. Symoné is best known for her role as Raven Baxter on the hit Disney Channel show That’s So Raven. She also starred as Galleria Garibaldi in The Cheetah Girls and The Cheetah Girls 2. Symoné is estimated to be worth at least $55 million.

Rosie O’Donnell: $120 million

Rosie O’Donnell took Meredith Vieira’s spot on The View back in 2006. O’Donnell was a bit controversial in the role, despite being the show’s moderator. She left in 2007, then briefly returned in 2014 but left for personal reasons a short time later.

O’Donnell is best known as an actress and comedian; she hosted The Rosie O’Donnell Show from 1996 to 2002 and has executive produced various shows through the years. She’s appeared in several films and television shows and has written children’s books and memoirs. Today, she’s worth a whopping $120 million.

Barbara Walters: $170 million

Barbara Walters is the mastermind behind The View and was one of the show’s original co-hosts. Walters is arguably the most famous woman in broadcast journalism, having built her career since she stepped onto the media scene back in the 1950s.

By the early 1960s, Walter was working on The Today Show, which is where she received her big break as a news icon. She went on to host ABC Evening News and 20/20 before creating The View. Walters retired in 2014 but still continued to make occasional public appearances, though she officially stopped public appearances in 2016. Walters is worth about $170 million.
