Of course, with a second season on the horizon, it’s probably safe to say things won’t go exactly as planned. So, when does The Wheel of Time Episode 8 arrive, and what can fans expect?

‘The Wheel of Time’ Episode 7 reveals the Dragon Reborn
The Wheel of Time Episode 7 drops a bombshell revelation in its final moments, naming Rand Al’Thor (Josha Stradowski) the Dragon Reborn. After clueing fans into Rand’s true backstory, the show sees him and Moiraine leaving the others behind. They plan to travel through the Blight and make their way to the Dark One’s prison. But will they actually succeed in destroying him?
With The Wheel of Time Season 2 already in production, it seems unlikely. Viewers can probably expect some sort of curveball before the season is through, especially with the other characters likely to chase after the two of them.
So, when can fans look for the eighth and final episode of The Wheel of Time Season 1?

The Wheel of Time Episode 8 has quite a bit to wrap up before closing out season 1. It also has the task of ramping up excitement ahead of season 2, which most certainly means some storylines will be left unresolved.
So, when can fans expect the next installment of Prime Video’s fantasy series? The Wheel of Time has consistently dropped new episodes every Friday at 12 a.m. GMT, which amounts to Thursday evenings in the U.S.
Per Decider, this is the full schedule for the show, which will conclude its initial run on Dec. 24:
- Episodes 1-3: Nov. 19
- Episode 4: Nov. 26
- Episode 5: Dec. 3
- Episode 6 – Dec. 10
- Episode 7 – Dec. 17
- Episode 8 – Dec. 24
Fortunately, that means fans won’t be waiting long for The Wheel of Time finale. They could find themselves facing a long break ahead of season 2 though. And depending on what happens in episode 8, that might prove grueling.
What can fans expect from ‘The Wheel of Time’ Episode 8?
According to IMDb, episode 8 of The Wheel of Time is titled “The Eye of the World.” While many are expecting a surprise upon Rand confronting the Dark One, the name does suggest he and Moiraine will actually make it to their destination. What happens there remains a mystery, — that is, unless you’ve read Robert Jordan’s books.
Then you’ll have some idea of where things are headed, but even newcomers can speculate. With Moiraine sending the Red Ajah after Mat (Barney Harris), we’re bound to see more of her sisters before the first season is through. It also seems likely that Lan (Daniel Henney) and the other kids from the Two Rivers will go after Moiraine and Rand.
There’s only one way to find out what happens after that: by checking out the finale. The Wheel of Time Episode 8 arrives on Dec. 24. The first seven episodes are currently streaming on Prime Video.
