Kris Jenner is the famous matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family. She is known for being a hardworking “momager” who has helped her children achieve immense fame and fortune in the past 10+ years.

At 63-year-old, Jenner also has a youthful aura to her and seems to be living her best life. As such, many fans are probably wondering about Jenner’s diet and what she does every day to stay fit throughout the years.

Kris Jenner wakes up very early

Being a “momager” to six children is no easy job, and busy-bee Kris Jenner often wakes up at around 4 or 5:00 in the morning to get things done.

Jenner shared with IOL:

“I get up really early every morning at about 4 or 5, I don’t sleep a lot so I’m trying to get a lot done early morning. I plan everything, make sure everything is fine all the way [while] I’m on the treadmill, I drink lots of coffee to get me going… I plan my day while Europe is up, get in most of my phone calls while New York is up and by the time L.A. wakes up I’m ready to go.”

Kris Jenner works out by doing Pilates

The Kardashian-Jenners are known for working out a lot and staying fit. For example, Kim Kardashian works out 5 or 6 times a week (and sometimes more than once a day) with a lot of focus on toning her famous butt.

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian — who made headlines for her tremendous weight loss over the years — has a workout routine called the “Revenge Body Workout” which includes cardio, squats, and weight-lifting.

Kris Jenner herself seems to enjoy doing Pilates to keep in shape. She started getting into it a couple of years ago and has admitted that Pilates is life-changing to her.

“Pilates is one of the best things I have ever done,” Jenner said. “Pilates in and of itself is so great, but the fact that there’s all this stretching before and after – it’s a thing I have never done before.”

Kris Jenner has a personal chef

When it comes to eating healthy, Jenner has a personal chef, Rocco DiSpirito, who delivers meals to her. Back in 2014, DiSpirito shared that he sends food to Jenner everyday. Even some of her family members have tried the food and love it.

While DiSpirito does not share what exactly he makes for Jenner, a look through her past photos on Instagram reveals that she eats a lot of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and healthy grains.

Kris Jenner cooks food for herself too

It’s not surprising that Jenner makes use of a personal chef with her busy lifestyle, but it’s important to note that she is capable of cooking for herself as well.

In 2014, she released a cookbook called In the Kitchen with Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites. Jenner shared in the book that she started learning how to cook after marrying her first husband, Robert Kardashian, at 22 years old.

Since then, she has learned how to make hearty recipes like pasta, garlic bread, soup, and brownies.

Since Jenner tries to eat healthy these days, it’s clear that she does not make these recipes often, but she definitely has days when she will indulge in them.

Kris Jenner was recently on a keto diet

Earlier this year, Jenner might have also decided to try something new and go on a keto diet.

Keto is a bit controversial these days, though the Kardashian-Jenners seem to be more on board with it than other people seeing as Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that it worked well for her.

Jenner shared on Instagram that she was trying out the 1,500-calorie keto plan from Kooshi Gourmet. She told followers that she really enjoyed the food, though it’s not clear whether she continues to keep up with the diet.
