Congrats are in order for Kate Hudson who announced that she is engaged to her longtime boyfriend Danny Fujikawa. Prior to her relationship with her current fiancé, the Fool’s Gold star dated some very famous men including Alex Rodriguez, Owen Wilson, Lance Armstrong, Dax Shepard, and Nick Jonas. The actor has also been engaged in the past. Here are the men Hudson said “yes” to before Fujikawa.

Hudson walked down the aisle with the Black Crowes frontman

Back in 2000, Hudson said “yes” to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson.

The pair met at a party in New York City when Hudson was 21 and Robinson was 34. They moved in together days later and soon after the singer gave her a diamond “commitment” ring. The couple tied the knot on Dec. 31, 2000, in a shamanistic ceremony in Colorado. Weeks later, the Almost Famous star thanked her new hubby at the Golden Globes saying: “My husband, Chris Robinson. You inspire me every day.”

In 2004, Hudson and Robinson became parents welcoming a son, Ryder. They ended up splitting in 2006 and their divorce was finalized in 2007.

In 2020, Robinson wed Camille Johnson who became the vocalist’s fourth wife.

Hudson also accepted a proposal from another rocker

Following her divorce, Hudson agreed to walk down the aisle again but this time a wedding never happened.

In 2010, the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star began dating Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy. The two announced in January 2011 that they were expecting a child together and a few months later that they were engaged. Hudson gave birth to the Bingham Hawn Bellamy in July 2011. As time passed, there was speculation as to why their wedding plans were on hold for so long. Then in 2014, they stated that they decided to call off their engagement.

Hudson elaborated on that decision a little more during an interview with Allure magazine in 2015. “We chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives,” she told the publication.

Today, Bellamy is married to model Elle Evans.

When Fujikawa popped the question

On Sept. 13, 2021, Hudson took to Instagram to share that she was engaged again to her beau of nearly five years.

The actor posted a picture on the beach with Fujikawa in which she showed off her ring and captioned the photo: “Let’s go!” along with bride and groom emojis. One of Fujikawa’s family members let the cat out of the bag that he had actually popped the question a little while before Hudson shared the happy news with her followers.

Sara Foster, who is Fujikawa’s step sister and one of David Foster’s daughters, revealed that the duo had already gotten engaged prior to the date it was made public when she congratulated Fujikawa and Hudson via social media writing: “Whoa. It’s official 😱. Not gonna lie, been a hard secret to keep. I may have slipped and told a few people.”

Hudson and Fujikawa have one daughter together named Rani Rose who was born in 2018.
