Tom Holland Didn’t Buy a House With Zendaya, but He Did Consider a New Roommate

Spider-Man stars Tom Holland and Zendaya make headlines for their relationship and shattering box-office records. The duo try to keep their private life out of the public eye, but they confirmed their relationship ahead of 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home

As the rumors about the pair swirled, Showbiz Cheat Sheet (and other outlets) reported Holland and Zendaya bought a house together. But the Cherry actor set the record straight, confirming that he and the Disney alum didn’t begin cohabitating. However, he also mentioned another roommate he’d consider having.

The actors who play on-screen couple Peter Parker and MJ “are in the best place they could be right now.” “He adores her, and she thinks he is so smart and funny,” a source told Us Weekly. “They seem to be in it for the long haul together.” But that doesn’t necessarily mean purchasing real estate.

On a recent episode of Live with Kelly and Ryanthe Marvel hero expressed his astonishment at how the press manipulates the truth. “I have had so many people call me up because, apparently, I bought a new house in South London,” he began. The Uncharted actor confirmed the rumor was “completely false,” clarifying, “I didn’t buy a new house.” Jokingly, he added, “Wow, what a surprise. I wonder when I’ll get the keys.”

Who did Holland consider bringing home?

Continuing his Uncharted press tour, Holland did the infamous BuzzFeed Puppy interview — again. During it, some noted he implied he is living with someone. Could it be his Emmy-winning girlfriend

The Onward voiceover actor played with one of the dogs the most during the interview. “Hello, puppy. This one just wants to go to bed,” he said of the pooch. Talking to the dog while it playfully licks him, he takes it into his arms. Then he says something interesting. “You can go to sleep and live with us in my apartment ’cause you are gonna be our puppy.” What “us” is her referring to?

Tom Holland and Zendaya’s living arrangements

Even if Tom Holland moved into a house with Zendaya, he likely wouldn’t confirm it. In 2017, he said he’d recently moved out of his parents’ house. “I was kind of planning to move out here to LA, but now I’m only just moving five minutes away from my mom,” Holland said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Holland lived in many different places, from Atlanta, Georgia (where he shot No Way Home) to Berlin and other European cities while filming Uncharted. However, he still considers London home, sheltering-in-place in 2020 with his brother while they wrote a script.

Meanwhile, his Euphoria star significant other traded up her $1.4 million pad in Southern California. According to Inquisitr, Zendaya upgraded to a $4 million ranch-style Encino estate in 2020. With 5,000 square feet of living and a sprawling four-acre backyard, there will be plenty of room for Spider-Man puppies to run and play, regardless of whether they are living together.
