DeMoor appeared in the second season of the Netflix dating show, Too Hot to HandleThe self-proclaimed “alpha male” made an instant connection with Carly right out of the gate.

Marie Claire reported the football player turned reality star described himself in his intro video by saying, “I’m tall, dark, handsome, muscular, smart, plus being a professional football player does help.”

Despite his undeniable charm and charisma, fans were turned off by how he treated the Canadian model. When he left Carly to hook up with Tabitha, viewers were outraged. DeMoor also turned off viewers with his treatment of his roommate Cam, who was in a relationship with Emily. He alluded to the fact that he was going to steal her away from him, which did not sit well with viewers.

Many fans regarded DeMoor as the “true villain” of season 2. His decision to drop Carly was heartbreaking to watch.

DeMoor does not play in the NFL

DeMoor also always wanted to play in the NFL. At 6-foot-5 and 250 pounds, he is perfect defensive end material, although, Sportskeeda reported the young player made a name for himself as a special teams player who excelled at blocking field goals.

The reality star had an illustrious college football career, playing in two bowl games and earning recognition by the NCAA for the most blocked kicks in 2018. DeMoor played from 2015 to 2017 at the College of Siskiyous in California and then transferred to Central Washington University for his senior year.

Straight out of college, DeMoor tried out for the Seattle Seahawks but didn’t make the team. He signed a contract to play for the Arizona Rattlers, a team in the Indoor Football League. Hoping to attract NFL scouts, he joined the Houston Linemen in the Spring League, a development program for professional football. DeMoor also played for a short time with the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League.

At his current level of play, it is unlikely the reality star will make it onto an NFL team. Sportskeeda confirms, “DeMoor could choose to end his pursuit of an NFL contract and head to Hollywood instead for a career in entertainment.”
