Trey Songz Just Shared a Photo of the Mother of His 1-Year-Old Son
Trey Songz is known for his sultry R&B vocals and his sex appeal. The singer wasn’t exactly seen as a family man. Therefore in 2019 when he showcased his adorable newborn son Noah on Instagram, fans were taken aback. He posted, “My son Noah. We are blessed and overjoyed. Peace.” Songz hasn’t been in a public relationship for many years, and his social media accounts never revealed any details about Noah’s mom.
Now, amid Noah’s first birthday, Songz has shared his very first family photos with the adorable toddler and Noah’s mom, Caro Colon. Though we’re not sure what the status is of the singer’s relationship with Colon, it’s clear that they co-parent very well. The “Love Faces” singer often showcases baby Noah on Instagram and the duo threw their little one the sweetest quarantine, animal-themed party.
Though not much is know about Colon since Songz has always protected her privacy, here’s what we do know.

When Songz first revealed Noah on Instagram last year, fans did some digging and discovered Colon’s name when they pulled up a baby shower registry with her name on it along with the singer’s mom, April Tucker. It was also revealed that she gave birth to Noah in Brooklyn on April 18, 2019.
Now, it appears that Songz is tired of being shrouded in secrecy. He captioned the photo of himself, Noah, and Colon praising his son’s mom. “I’m obsessed; we did that, YOU did that!” he wrote. “You’re a great Mother and you deal with all the extra’s very gracefully. I’ll always be eternally grateful to you Noah’s Mumma.”

Though we didn’t know it at the time, Colon and Songz had been very public once before. On Nov. 24, 2019, the singer, Colon, and Noah attended the Brooklyn Nets vs. New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden. While the singer cuddle with his son who seemed overjoyed to be there, Colon sat next to them smiling and snapping photos on her phone.
We know that Colon is a resident of Brooklyn, NY which is where she held her baby shower. The Gossip Twins is reporting that at one point Colon was a dancer at Lust and Starenders, but there is no word on her other career endeavors at this time.

Though there are no real details about how and where Songz and Colon met, we do have a good idea about how and where they crossed paths. According to The Jasmine Brand, Colon’s sister Milagrito “Millie” Colon, shares a daughter with rapper Dave East.
East and Songz are good friends, even collaborating on the 2015 song, “Everybody Say” therefore it wouldn’t be too farfetched to assume that the singer and Colon crossed paths through their connection with Dave East.
Now that the pair are no longer staying super lowkey, we just hope that we are going to get more Noah content because the little one is truly adorable.
