Are Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown Still Friends After ‘The Bachelorette’?
Bachelor Nation viewers fell head over heels for Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown on The Bachelorette Season 15. Cameron was a quick fan-favorite and made it to Brown’s top two. But in the end, Brown gave her final rose to someone else.
Now, it’s been over a year since Brown’s dramatic Bachelorette finale. So are Cameron and Brown still friends today? Here’s what the former reality stars have to say about their relationship.
What happened to Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron on ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 15
In The Bachelorette Season 15, Brown chose Jed Wyatt over Cameron in the finale. However, Brown broke up with Wyatt before filming the “After the Final Rose” special, as he had a girlfriend. So during the reunion, Brown asked Cameron out for drinks.
In the end, the romance didn’t blossom for Brown and Cameron after The Bachelorette. Both parties seemingly moved on after leaving the ABC reality franchise behind. But then they reconnected offscreen.
Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown are friends now
In October 2020, Brown and Cameron revealed what really happened after The Bachelorette. The two exes filmed a YouTube video together and revealed they “got really close emotionally” after experiencing personal trauma. Cameron’s mom, Andrea, passed away. Meanwhile, Brown’s brother overdosed.
Then Brown and Cameron were stuck quarantining together in Florida due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. And at the same time, Bachelor Nation fans were constantly wondering whether or not they were dating. But Brown and Cameron claimed they never hooked up.
“People think we were hooking up the whole time,” the former reality stars said in the video. “18 days in the same bed. Never kissed.”
Nevertheless, both Brown and Cameron realized weren’t ready to repair their relationship. So they spent some time apart. But now, it seems Brown and Cameron are working toward a better friendship.
“There’s no pressure,” Brown said. “I think it’s been good.”
Then in an interview with Access from October, Cameron said: “We’re just friends. We were both in really tough places during the quarantine, mentally and emotionally. We’ve had really good talks lately and have been able to talk things out and have a healthy friendship, which is what we’ve struggled with. We’re doing much better now. It’s been great to see her and seeing Hannah Brown back to being Hannah Brown.”

For now, it’s clear Cameron and Brown are trying to live out their lives without any pressure. Then in the above interview with Access, Cameron answered whether a relationship with Brown was still possible in the future. And while the former reality star didn’t exactly say no to dating his ex, he pointed out they’re just trying to be friends at this point.
“I’m never one to say anything’s ever sailed,” Cameron said. “But we’re just trying to be friends and work on that. We support each other, we’re there for each other.”
Meanwhile, Cameron and Brown will come together to support another one of their friends — The Bachelor Season 25 star, Matt James.
“We’re gonna be supporting Matt big time right now,” Cameron said. “But yeah, we’re just friends and having fun with it.”
