Since David Beckham met Victoria Beckham, she has had a strict meal plan of grilled fish and steamed vegetables. Victoria Beckham’s disciplined diet goes with her workout regimen of a three-mile morning run followed by an hour of training.

While many picky eaters deny the accusation, the former Spice Girl calls herself a “fussy eater.” In a recent Yahoo article, she revealed, “I like things to be cooked in a very simple way. I don’t like oils and butters and sauces. So to most restaurants, I’m probably the worst nightmare.”

As a former Spice Girl, you would think that she would be all about adding some spice to her food. However, she tells us what she wants, and she really, really wants is simple foods she can season her own way.

Some other snacks Victoria Beckham enjoys

While fish and vegetables are a typical meal for Victoria Beckham, she has a few favorite go-to snacks to get her through the day. One of her favorite comfort food is whole-grain toast with salt on top. She is not shy about her what many would call boring food choices and has even previously shared her typical morning picks with fans. She drinks two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar directly followed by hot water and either fresh lemon juice or green juice. Then, the star enjoys Ezekiel grain cereal with almond milk.

Besides her strict morning and dinner choices, Victoria Beckham is also a huge fan of avocados. She admitted to The Telegraph that she can eat up to four a day. The star’s three to four meals a day is not always enough, and some days leave her needing a snack to tide her over to the next meal.

While some dieters’ between-meal snack may consist of a granola bar, like Victoria Beckham’s other meal choices, her healthy snack pick is more unusual. She likes to snack on bladderwrack, a seafood plant. While Victoria Beckham’s strict food choices are not for everyone, the combination of her meals and workouts helps the former Spice Girl stay fit and healthy.

While many celebrity marriages come and go, some weather the limelight. Being married for 25 years, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are one of those couples. The two met at Manchester United players’ lounge in 1997 and hit it off so well that they tied the knot two years later.

The former soccer star and fashion designer loves sharing new foods and wines he finds with others. However, his wife does not share his interest in new foods. David Beckham told Insider that Victoria Beckham “rarely deviates from a diet consisting exclusively of grilled fish and steamed vegetables.”

The only time he noted that she strayed from her typical menu was when she was pregnant with Harper. David Beckham said it was “the only time she’s ever probably shared something that’s been on my plate” and calls it “one of my favorite evenings.”

Despite their eating habit and cleaning style differences, the couple is happy in love. The two have four children, Brooklyn Beckham, Romeo Beckham, Cruz Beckham, and Harper Beckham. Brooklyn Beckham has even followed in his dad’s appreciation for culinary arts, experimenting with recipes during quarantine. While David Beckham is the one who tries all of Brooklyn Beckham’s dishes, he knows his mom is supportive but just prefers a strict diet.
