What Does ‘Jersey Shore’s Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola Do Now?

Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ wanted to ‘avoid toxic situations’ on ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’
Unlike many of her roommates, Giancola chose a life out of the spotlight after Jersey Shore concluded in 2012.
She did make a few guest appearances on Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s spinoff series, Snooki & JWoww. Giancola also made guest appearances on Farley and Polizzi’s other venture, Moms With Attitude. However, when Jersey Shore: Family Vacation was announced, Giancola opted out of returning to the MTV series.
“I have chosen not to join the show this season because I am at a completely different place in my life right now focusing on my businesses and relationship,” Giancola said on Instagram. “I am not the same person as I was when I was 22. At 31, I am currently extremely happy in every aspect of my life and want to avoid potentially TOXIC SITUATIONS.”
Now, Polizzi joins Giancola in the list of roommates who no longer appear on the show.
After ‘Jersey Shore,’ Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ tried other pop culture outlets
In addition to guest-starring on Farley and Polizzi’s spinoff ventures, Giancola explored other creative outlets after Jersey Shore.
In 2015, Giancola co-hosted the Just Sayin’ podcast with relationship specialist Siggy Flicker and television host Clare Galterio. The trio discussed dating, celebrity rumors, and personal lives during the show’s run from July to November 2017. As a host, Giancola leveraged her background dating in the public eye and her relationship with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
More recently, Giancola has used her YouTube channel to promote her and her fiancés’ brand, Sam and Christian TV. Together, the couple share about their travel, favorite foods, and everyday life. Giancola’s most recent upload was a makeup tutorial, but the couple also share workouts and wedding updates.
Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ will marry Christian Biscardi this fall
Giancola might be best known for her tumultuous relationship with Ortiz-Magro on Jersey Shore. But now, the reality star is engaged to Christian Biscardi.
Giancola and Biscardi dated for two years before he proposed on Mar. 5, 2019. “I get to marry my other half, best friend and soulmate,” Giancola shared on social media.
Biscardi and Giancola were initially supposed to tie the knot earlier this year — the original date is unknown. Unfortunately, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic “postponed [the wedding] until September,” according to Us Weekly. At this time, there’s no update on when in September their wedding will be.
Today, Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola runs her own business
Gone are Giancola’s days of working at the Shore Store. Now, she runs her own online boutique, Sweetheart Styles. The site offers clothing, accessories, and home decor that is “perfect for any fashionista.”
Sweetheart Styles seems to be Giancola’s main focus, as she is frequently promoting the shop’s new offerings on her personal Instagram page.

Outside of what she shares on social media, Giancola seems to be enjoying her life out of the spotlight. She frequently uses social media to promote her boutique’s offerings, but other than that, she has kept much of her personal and professional life private.
