‘Teen Mom 2’: What is the Net Worth of Briana DeJesus and Jade Cline?
These days, Briana DeJesus and Jade Cline are featured on the MTV show Teen Mom 2 along with Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea DeBoer, and Leah Messer. The series began filming in 2011 but DeJesus and Cline didn’t join the cast until several seasons in. For this reason, they’re not making quite as much as the other mothers.
Here’s how much Cline and DeJesus are worth and how that stacks up against their Teen Mom 2 castmates.
Jade Cline’s net worth
After Jenelle Evans was fired from the show in 2019 it was announced that Cline, who previously starred on Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, was added to the cast.
During her first season on Teen Mom 2, fans watched her become a single mom after leaving Sean Austin. Cline also had to deal with her mother and stepfather’s arrest for possession of methamphetamine.
However, Cline has something to smile about nowadays as she recently got her cosmetology license.
“Ya girl is a licensed cosmetologist,” she captioned an Instagram post on Nov. 23.
Cline’s salary for Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant hasn’t been revealed but she likely received a nice raise when she joined Teen Mom 2. Some publications have put her net worth around $100,000, but others have reported that it’s closer to $50,000 given how much she’s had to support her parents.
Briana DeJesus’ net worth
Viewers were first introduced to DeJesus on 16 and Pregnant in 2012. She then had a brief stint on Teen Mom 3 before moving to Teen Mom 2 in Season 8.
MTV paid her $20,000 in 2017 to take part in the series. Although that number may seem low the network stated that DeJesus’ salary was equivalent to what the other ladies earned for filming their early seasons.
Now that she’s been on the show for a couple of seasons, the mom of two reportedly got a pay raise and her estimated net worth is $100,000.
Chelsea DeBoer, Kailyn Lowry, and Leah Messer’s net worth
As for the ladies who have been on the show since the beginning they, of course, each have a higher net worth than Cline and DeJesus.
Lowry has been making money quite a few different ways over the years. She hosts her Coffee Convos podcast, released several books, and has her Pothead haircare line. She was also paid for doing the reality show Marriage Boot Camp with her ex Javi Marroquin. Monsters and Critics reported that Lowry’s net worth is between $350,000 and $400,000.
Messer has not joined another reality show like Lowry but she followed in Kail’s footsteps by launching her own podcast. Messer’s also set to release her memoir, Hope, Grace & Faith, on May 5, 2020. The bulk of her money though has come from filming the MTV series. The West Virginia native reportedly doesn’t make many extravagant purchases and earns upwards of $300,000 a season. According to The Squander, she has an estimated net worth of $750,000.
Like Lowry and Messer, DeBoer makes more than $300,000 per season. The mama of three has also dabbled in a few other business ventures as well including her diaper bag and purse line, and her clothing collaboration Lily and Lottie. DoBoer’s estimated net worth today is $500,000.
