Witherspoon appears to make it a common theme as she is often paid more than $1 million for most television series. The average high-paid television star tends to make anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000 per episode. That range was apparent on the series Modern Family. The child actors each made $100,000 while the adult actors raked in $500,000 per episode, GoBankingRates reports.
