Who Will Be the First Kar-Jenner Sister to Leave Hollywood? Fans Weigh In

A life of fame may look like a dream come true, but plenty of real-life stars have decided to leave it all behind for a simpler life. This is especially true for child stars who feel the pressure of growing up in the spotlight early and often.

One might think, then, that it’s likely one of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters is bound to leave Hollywood sooner or later. 

After all, the women have been under the harsh glare of the public eye most of their lives, and the pressure to constantly perform their public personas has to be exhausting.

There are some signs that a departure may be coming soon, and fans are placing bets on who it will be that takes the path less chosen first. 

Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner seem unlikely candidates

While all of the sisters have taken more than their fair share of time in the spotlight, there are two sisters who seem more connected to a life of celebrity than the others. 

At first glance, Kim Kardashian may be a good candidate for leaving Hollywood behind. After all, the star has made a big show of working on her law degree and talking about her aspirations in the legal field. Still, the path that Kardashian seems to be choosing for that training is one that’s highly familiar to her: reality TV work.

Her new show The Justice Project arguably uses her fame and platform for a good cause, but it definitely keeps her in the public eye. 

Kylie Jenner also seems unlikely to give up her life of fame anytime soon. She has amassed a fortune by leveraging her celebrity influence into lucrative endorsement deals and the foundation of her own brand.

Her regular acquaintance with luxury brand deals and high-end products suggests that she’s found a comfortable niche that requires her continued presence in the headlines. 

Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner may be likely candidates

In a Reddit thread about this topic, some fans named Khloe Kardashian as a potential candidate for taking an exit from the spotlight. Her recent partnerships have been viewed as suspicious and bizarre, and many fans speculate that Kardashian is losing her edge and ability to command top dollar for her endorsements.

Her popularity has certainly fallen among fans, and drama in her personal life seems to have made it difficult for her to maintain her previously carefree persona. Could all of this be a nudge to a different kind of life on the horizon?

Other commenters suggested Kendall Jenner could make the choice to leave the Hollywood scene. While she doesn’t have any high-profile markers of breaking down or wanting out, she has also been appearing less and less on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In general, Jenner seems to be staying out of the spotlight, and it could be a sign that she’s not feeling a life filled with public pressure. 

Fans think Kourtney Kardashian is the likely choice

Overwhelmingly, though, fans believe that Kourtney Kardashian is the sister most likely to take her leave of the public eye. Kardashian has taken a dramatic step back from Keeping Up with the Kardashians after months of publicly feuding with her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian about not pulling her weight on the show. 

On top of that, Kourtney Kardashian’s children are getting older, and her responsibilities as a mother may be making it more difficult to keep up with her previous public persona. She has to think about the way that they will grow up with the world looking at them just like she did, and she may be considering other options. 

While it’s possible that all of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters will be staying active in their celebrity roles for the rest of their lives, chances are that at least one of them will decide to change course at some point. Who will it be? We’ll have to wait and see.
