Comedian Paul Scheer made a guest appearance in the Watch What Happens Live clubhouse alongside Erika Girardi from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The hilarious comedian appears to be a Bravo superfan as he has plenty of opinions about the shows and the Real Housewives too.

Scheer loves him some Erika Jayne as he was worshipping her during the episode. “She is the queen,” Scheer says gesturing toward Girardi. “My favorite character on the show.”

He also dished that both he and Girardi are “Team Teddi” too. The audiences distantly groans. “Oh don’t ‘oh’ me,” he says wagging his finger at the audience. Scheer has a number of opinions about the RHOBH season, plus, during the After Show he issues a formal apology to Camille Grammer.

He’s not ‘Team LVP’

Throughout the “puppy gate” drama a good number of RHOBH fans were on Lisa Vanderpump’s side. Many have lashed out on social media, sometimes hurling aggressive comments at the other ladies.

But Scheer isn’t about any of that. In fact, he wasn’t down with the way Vanderpump treated Girardi when she sent a handwritten sympathy card after Vanderpump’s brother passed away. “Can I say one thing,” Scheer asked. “Something I was very upset this season was how LVP gave you a lot of guff for writing a card of condolences. That’s the nicest thing you did.”

Regarding whether or not Vanderpump planted the puppy story, Scheer says he just can’t trust her. “How can you,” he asks. “She’s puppeteering. They are ‘Vanderpuppets.’ She’s got minions out there! Minions out there doing her work.”

But admits to making a ‘goof’ about this Real Housewife

Scheer wanted to set the record straight about something he said previously about Grammer. In the past he was asked which was his least favorite Real Housewife. He says that he panicked and said Grammer but didn’t mean her.

“Paul has a major correction to make,” host Andy Cohen said during the WWHL After Show. “He did not mean Camille was the worst housewife ever.” Scheer says nerves got the best of him. “I was in such a Beverly Hills state of mind,” he says. “And Camille was my real entry point. That season with Kelsey is amazing.”

He says he meant to say Kathryn Edwards instead of Grammer. Edwards was on RHOBH for season six and managed to kick up some drama from the past. Edwards had a bone to pick with Kyle Richards’ friend Faye Resnick. She spilled some serious tea about Edwards in her book about O.J. Simpson.

“I meant Kathryn,” Scheer says. “I couldn’t get her name…” Cohen turns to the camera and asks Twitter followers to pass along the word that Scheer did not name Grammer as his pick for the worst housewife. “My apologies to Camille Grammer,” Scheer says. “Happy 50th, you deserve everything in your life. I just got nervous!”
