Tristan Thompson just took a DNA test, turns out he is not the father.

Following rumors that he fathered another child with a woman who’s not Khloé Kardashian or his ex Jordan Craig, Thompson took two paternity tests, both of which came out negative. Now that his name has been cleared, the NBA player and Kardashian have sent a cease and desist letter to the woman, threatening legal action if she continues to spread “malicious, defamatory lies.”

The woman’s paternity claim recently surfaced online

Kardashian and Thompson are firing back at claims he fathered a child with another woman.

On May 13, the former flames sent a cease and desist letter to Kimberly Alexander, who recently alleged that the NBA player was the father of her child.

According to the tabloid site Gossip of the City, Thompson supposedly took a paternity test earlier this year using a relationship testing specialist who is highly trusted by the Kardashians.

In the cease and desist letter obtained by E! News, it’s been confirmed that the test came out negative. Still, Alexander asked Thompson to take a second one after she suspected he’d tampered with the test.

The athlete agreed to Alexander’s requests — only on the condition that the process is done at an AABB-accredited lab.

Now that Thompson’s second paternity test has come back negative, Kimberly has been asked by Kardashian and the athlete’s attorney, Marty Singer, to “immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications” regarding the paternity claim.

In the document, Singer writes, “After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab.”

Alexander could end up in court if she continues making false accusations

Though they aren’t taking legal action against her, Singer claims that Thompson and Kardashian will if Alexander continues to slander their name.

“It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame,” the attorney continued. “My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.”

The lengthy letter concludes with Singer demanding that Alexander delete all posts that allude to Thompson being the father of her child and to no longer speak ill of the NBA player or the reality star.

“We demand that you immediately cease and desist from defaming my clients on social media (irrespective of whether or not the accounts are public or designated as ‘private’) and elsewhere,” he penned. “We also demand that you immediately take down any and all of your outrageous damaging posts about my clients.”

Singer ended the letter with, “This is an extremely serious matter. If you disregard this letter’s demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct.”

Let’s hope for Alexander’s sake, she puts this paternity claim to rest once and for all.
